I recently upgraded to this SMEG frother after having a Nespresso Aerocini maker over the last few years. Main reasons for upgrading for this one was that we had the SMEG espresso machine and grinder so thought may as well match the set. Visually stunning and works really well. Biggest selling point for me was the frothing capacity (I can froth milk for two coffees at once) and dishwasher compatibility. A little pricey but I think absolutely worth it!

I used to use a stovetop milk frother and was getting tired of dealing with inconsistent results, burnt milk adhering to the jug and the occasional overflow incident. Going to the SMEG has been a life changer. Its easy to clean, produces the same quality hot milk and froth every time, and I've never had to worry about anything going wrong. If I had to come up with one downside it would be that sometimes the milk frothing ring will pop out of place while milk is in the jug before turning it on, causing an error to pop up, but its rare enough and not inconvenient enough to worry about.

I had a cheap milk frother for years that was reliable, but now that I’ve upgraded to this SMEG milk frother I understand the price difference. It’s so much faster than my older one, it holds so much more milk than my older one, but it also LOOKS so much better than my old cheaper milk frother!!Will never go back to a cheap one. Worth saving and spending the money on this! ZERO REGRETS!!!

I really like the SMEG Frother. It is easy to use with many preset functions. While it is possible to operate it manually I haven’t needed to.The milk froths well and the temperature is warm to hot for the setting you would use for a latte, which is how I like it.It froths the milk much more consistently than the Frother setting on my Coffee Machine.The SMEG Milk Frother is also much easier to clean, which is simply by rinsing it out. It can also be cleaned in the Dishwasher, but I would remove the frothing clog before doing so.Overall, a great machine that is easy to use and clean.
Such an easy device to operate, froths the milk (depending on which type) to perfection. Elevates the tastes of my coffee daily! Lots of different functions I haven’t tried but can’t wait! Does full cream and soy perfectly. Oat milk is good but doesn’t have the same froth effect.
I LOVE this milk frother!Not only is it beautiful, it is:- soo easy to clean (dishwasher safe which is a bonus)- multi-functional (I can make a hot chocolate AND froth the milk in the same carafe), including different froth thicknesses and the option to heat up your milk/beverage or to leave it cold- so fast! Only takes 3-5 minutes to make a hot chocolate using fresh, non-powdered chocolate- compact enough to be on the counter without getting annoying or in the wayThis has become a daily use item in our household and I just regret not buying it sooner :)
I do love this milk frother, my only negative is I wish the unit would heat the milk higher, not real hot, have to drink straight away. but other than that I love this appliance. I worked around the issue by heating some milk in the microwave.
This little Jem makes the best hot chocolate really hot not warm and cold if you like, the froth is also perfect . Mine is used everyday to make iced coffee and hot chocolate
