I have been a daily user of Metamucil for over 20 years. It helps me maintain a healthy lifestyle, plus all the other wonderful benefits that you have to experience to understand. As a before bed user of Metamucil, I now don’t have a lot of sugar right before I lay down with sugar free Metamucil. This is also great for people who have diabetes. To fully understand the benefits of Metamucil, I think you have to try it out for a month or so everyday.

First time drinking Metamucil and it tastes good! It's an excellent source of fiber for my body. It helps to control my appetite which I want because I want to lose some weight. Also, helps me to go to the bathroom better than before this product has changed my life for sure. It mixes easily but I have to drink it at the moment because it will get slimy. This 4 in 1 fiber it helps me to control my appetite, my heart and digestive health. Sugar free yeah!

This stuff really works. Glad I bought a name brand. I have great digestive/bathroom health now. Also fills me up and not as hungry. Stablelizes blood sugar. Will buy again. Expensive and worth every penny

I got this orange Metamucil powder to help add some fiber to my diet now as I’m getting older. I liked the idea of adding fiber in a way that tasted great without changing my diet. And now I use this every morning and add it to water as my morning orange “juice” drink with breakfast. I feel like it made me ‘regular’ again and I’m less plugged up and I feel great. This was a wonderful way to get my body healthy without changing my life or routine much.
Glad to have received this SF Metamucil powder for my gut health. Ever since I have been a carnivore, my bowel habits have been irregular. I’ve been constipated, bloated and so uncomfortable. As someone who suffers from IBS and ulcers this is helping so much after only a few days of using it. I never thought fiber was something my diet needed but when I added this supplement it helped alot, I am noticing a lot of my ibs issues are subsiding greatly. It’s a small pill with good flavor so it isn’t hard to take as recommended. I am looking forward to keeping this in my dailies and trying out their other products. Love these better than powder. The pills are just simply easier to take. No mixing or anything although I would take without temperature drinks or food to go down faster. Immediate relief for fatigue and constipation. I literally felt better the next day. I'm going to recommend to my sister. We are young and hate vitamins but these were amazing. I recently got this Sugar Free Orange Smooth Powder Metamucil. It is lot better than the regular psyllium. Unlike Psyllium, this tastes really good and the powder is very smooth and easy to drink. For me, I started seeing results the second day itself. Nothing makes our day happier than a good bowel movement in the morning. For some reason, I feel less hungry and with the great bowel movement, it is helping me reduce my weight also. Currently, I am drinking this every other day. But I am already thinking of taking this every day. Loving it and no complaints so far. I am already thinking of trying other flavors of this. And yes, I already recommended this to my friends, family and colleagues.
