Wow. This stuff works.I started taking one serving every morning and for the first three days, I didn’t notice much. I never really changed much about my diet or water intake or anything. Then, on the 4th day, it was like the gates of hell were swung open… I spent most of the day in the bathroom getting rid of what seemed like everything I’d ever eaten in the last 10 years. Now going on almost two weeks and I feel lighter and much more energetic - not to mention regularity you could set your watch to. I highly recommended!

I started to take fiber for the obvious reasons lol. I usually take mine right before bed so Im ready to go in the morning. I was taking 1 teaspoon before bed while on a regular diet and agree with other reviews that it helps the consistency and frequency. Now on a keto diet, I realized that I was lacking fiber even more than before and upped my usage to 2 teaspoons before bed and they made me regular again. Taste great sugar free and its easy to mix I get a slightly slushy texture. Whether youre young or old, I think this is a great product and must have if youre constipated often.

My husband and I have been using this product for years, and now we can no longer find it. It is very important to our health that we use Metamucil every day. We can flavor it ourselves if we would like. Please consider providing this product again. I would think you are losing a lot of customers by discontinuing this product. Continue your flavored varieties for the customers who prefer, but please provide the simpler version as well.

I have digestive issues and meta mucil works wonderfully. I wouldn't miss a day. The problem is finding the unsweetened unflavored version. This really should be the only version you need. The product really does not need sugar - we get enough sugar in our diets as it is - and there really is not point in added sweeteners. I get the unflavored version because I don't like tang and can have whatever flavor I want by simply adding an ounce or two of juice or just the juice of a leftover half lime or lemon. Bottled juice works well and can add sweetness if you want it. This adds variety and, frankly, why not. Buy some Tang and add it if you really like artificial orange.

I had not realized that my fiber intake was too low until I started seeing signs of it. This made such a difference in as little as a day. Felt like I went from passing bricks to passing cotton. The flavor is great reason why I had never gotten a fiber supplement and is relatively cheap. It also made me More regular. I do feel slightly more bloated, but that is ok. I will just run some more 💪🏻

I love this fiber product. May get the unflavored in the future but the orange tastes fine. I usually simply put 2 teaspoons in a 10 oz glass of water twice a day. Yes it will clean you out and help you have a bowel movement. I had 1 a day before starting this, now I usually have 2. One con is tmi sorry it does make my poos too thick which I guess is better than loose, so it definitely will firm you up. Besides that, everything else has been great. It greatly reduces my appetite and when taken a little bit before meals, it keeps me full for hours and makes me eat less. My stomach looks flatter. No issues with gas or anything besides the 1 con I previously said. Overall, very happy with this product and plan on making it part of my life long-term.

This product is perfect as is. PLEASE tell me it hasn't been discontinued. I use it every day and it definitely keeps me regular. I don't need added stuff like aspartame and food coloring. I just want my normal unsweetened Metamucil. I can't find it in my local stores and online only at Amazon for $40 per tub. That is insane, it's double the normal price.

We just ran out of our last bottle and we are annoyed. It's not clear why it was discontinued. Metamucil is such a high-quality product. We've tried other products but there's just no substitute. This particular item is the done we prefer. We don't want stevia, splenda, equal, sugar or any other sweetener. If we do, we'll add it ourselves. We want that smooth, easy to swallow metamucil in our favorite size. Do a direct sell through Amazon or something. How tough can it be? I wonder how hard it would be to secure a shipment of good quality psyllium husk, mill it and package it?

No one will consume a product lacking all three, so you takes your chances and hope for the best. Remember this basic rule of biology: any molecule which was not in the food chain over an evolutionary time period is toxic.

I tried using the giant horse-sized psyllium fiber pills but hated them and didnt think they were as effective, so I keep coming back to Metamucil. The taste is good to me and its very effective -- the results are nearly immediate after your first glass, and in about 2-3 days your system will be right as rain. As others have noted, it also makes you feel full, so it keeps me away from before-bed snacking. Would definitely recommend.
