Bottle appears excellent but found SodaStream's customer service lacking. Like corresponding with an AI - but an AI would probably have been more friendly. I bought the SodaStream on sale at Kitchen Stuff Plus in Pickering only to find the bottle was well past its safe to use date - when SodaStream finally got one to me I went to use it only to find the CO2 cylinder was also out of date and does not appear to be working like it should - total lack of oomph! Due to bad feeling with previous interaction did not bother to make contact again. John Howe

I'm a soda stream owner going on something like 14 years. I'm not going anywhere. I'm still using the FIRST incantation and it's only my 2nd one. What did happen to my first one had nothing to do with manufacturing. One of my children dropped it and broke a critical piece of it. My amazing brother instantly got me a second one.

I received this SodaStream 1 Liter Dishwasher-Safe Classic White Carbonating Bottle (twinpack) item for free through the Walmart Spark Reviewer program. If you have a sodastream then you definitely can always use extra bottles! Whatâs even better is that they are dishwasher safe! Having two extra bottles means I can have more of a variety of flavors on hand and keep up with my son who just sucks down the liter bottle within what seems like a day. These are sodastream brand, which is nice to actually have the same bottles that you get with the system when you buy it. I drink about three liters a day and I like my water cold, so having to continually refill one bottle is no fun. These bottles are great. They are very good quality and I have had no issues with these at all. I would recommend to purchase more bottles than you think you need, even if you only plan to use them for carbonated water.

The lid with the rubber (maybe silicone) gasket at the top forms a tight seal. The lid is made with a thick plastic, and large enough to keep from leaking. The bottles hold about 35 ounces of clear water, two 16.9 ounce bottles fit perfectly. The white bottoms of the bottles are to formed to allow the bottles to provide a grip, and keep the bottle from falling over (I think). The bottles also state never to place in the freezer.I love these bottles and they fit my needs perfectly.
