Solaray Quercetin 500 MG 90 Capsules

I love this Quercetin and would not be without it. Quercetin by Solaray is the greatest---I take it every day! I always accompany it with the Zinc that I know the Quercetin is helping to get into my cells to stop all sorts of virus from replicating there! Another thing I love about this Quercetin is that the capsule does not have magnesium stearate in it, which I have been told by a friend who is a nurse practitioner is not a good thing to allow to build up in the liver over time, so the least problematic contents in the capsules one takes, the better. I definitely recommend this product!!!

This brand of Quercetin is the regular form that does not have one of the several different methods to supposedly make it more absorbable and they are a a much higher price. Keep in mind the "advanced and more bioavailable quercetins" have far less potency in milligrams per capsule so even if they are much more absorbable you are not getting any more than if you buy the regular quercetin as this capsule contains 500 mg rather than 30 milligrams as an example. So in this example even if you aborb the regular quercetin 10 times less you still get 50 mg vs 30 mg of the high priced more absorbable brand. I have been taking quercetin for years to promote my respiratory immunity against influenza and other viruses. This is my first purchase of this brand; the quality is quite good. I will buy it again.Quercetin is a plant pigment, flavonoid, which is very important in supporting the lungs. It suppresses the formation and release of compounds that promote inflammation and tissue damage. Apart from taking vaccination, I take this supplement to protect myself against the Covid. I cannot say it provides a perfect shield, but feel healthy.Thumb up please if this review is useful.

Quercetin is an important supplement that I know I should be taking since I don't eat enough of the food products that it's found in. Solaray Quercetin has 500mg which is a good amount of potency in a 90 veg cap bottle. I take it twice daily with meals, but like so many other pills I take, I cannot tell if it's helping or by how much. So, it's more of a trust thing where you buy the right supplement in the right potency and hope that it's doing what it's supposed to be doing.

Quercetin Packaging was intact, Quality is great, the size was a good size for my cabinet, we really feel like taking this has benefitted us tremendously for colds and allergies and also for vital immunity, our respiratory systems have been functioning so well, my inflammation is way down. I usually have many respiratory issues. Since I’ve been taking I’ve had better respiratory health. It does have a light taste if the powder gets on the outside of the capsule. But just make sure you drink plenty of water and it will help and also facilitate it to go down and work appropriately with the right amount of water to work. Just like with any other vitamin. Immediate help from Quercitin!

I know Quercitin has a number of benefits, but my regular use is for a sinus drip. Maybe this is an allergic response to pollen, etc., but the symptoms are always the same: I start with small coughs and fluid drainage. I blow my nose and the fluid is always clear, like water. Sometimes my eyes start to drain. Sometimes I sneeze a number of times. Within 20 to 30 minutes after taking one quercetin all my symptoms are gone and this effect lasts for a number of hours.
