I bought it because it said it was a good ingredient for women's diseases. Unfortunately I see no difference after taking almost an entire bottle, but I think you can get positive results if you take it steadily.

Using it for hormonal balance. Testing this one in comparison with Solaray’s Vitex in green packaging as this one also includes an extract of agnuside. I think I will stick with this version for the future.

I'm a little unsure what the difference is between this product and Solaray's other Vitex variant. One says extract versus Vitex only. Either way, this product has been great. Only downside is the quantity in the bottle; I need to take multiple pills to get the dosage needed and have to buy more frequently. Solid ingredients list and great quality! Would purchase either version of Solaray's products again.
As someone who suffers from PCOS this products helped regulate my period. That was a huge benefit for me as someone who always had irregular periods. I like the packing of this product compared to other ones. It seems to be high quality and taste fine. The tablet size is easy for me to swallow. I took off one star because I didn’t see any benefits in terms of reducing period pains although I heard many people say so.
I've only been taking this product for a month but just in the first month noticed several differences.Usually I could only go 3-3 1/2 weeks between my periodsI generally had soreness in my nipples for up to a week ahead of time and sometimes through till the last day and cramps, aching and bloating sometimes 4-5 days ahead of time also lasting through to the last day and sometimes even for a day or 2 afterwards.I also usually fought mood swings worse then ever and not usually being a very emotional person it was upsetting to me and other people to see me like that.I went 4 weeks! The breast soreness lasted 2 days at the most and was barely noticeable and I had no cramps or noticeable bloating until the day I got my period.
