I can not attest to the efficacy of this product yet as I have just started taking it. However, it has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and, surprisingly, in flavor. I expected a chalky, bad tasting liquid that I would have to choke down. it is not at all! The flavor is pleasant, and the texture is as well. I think it is something that even children will willingly take! I am hopeful that it will benefit my body in the same manner! I will definitely purchase again and try other products from Solgar.

Solgar is the ONLY brand of liquid calcium magnesium l purchase. all the other brands either taste weird or has an aftertaste. This brand doesn't have any of those negatives. l like the packaging, it's a great supplement and l have seen good benefits. This is a supplement l will take for a long time as it is a requirement. This is the prefect way to get my calium. I have difficulty shallowing pills and now it's not an issue getting the calium I need. Plus it's so tasty, like real strawberries. a little on the tart side but very pleasant. just love this product, I'm so happy with it.

I have osteoporosis and have tried taking calcium supplements before, but I have always not been able to digest tablets/capsules of calcium. It would leave me with an upset stomach and often give me diarrhea. I decided to give liquid calcium a try and have been really happy with the results. The first week I did have a bit of loose stool, but after that, it's been great and my bone density scan has shown my bones have improved. Love this product!

Quality brand with quality ingredients! The mix has magnesium citrate that helps to relax the muscles and to speed up the recovery after the workout. In addition it will promote the bowel movement. On the other side the added D3, an essential vitamin that has anti-inflammatory function will help with inflammation and aid normal heart function and help build a stronger bones together with calcium that is added in this mix as well. Make sure you always shake the bottle before using it and to take 1 spoon with meal or after meal. If you don't like pills then this will be more friendly for use while there is a pleasant blueberry taste.
I always try to give different forms of magnesium to my 2yo. This one is certainly one of her favourite. She waits for it before going to bed. The taste is very good. Plus it comes with calcium which is awesome! But I don't recommend to have only this form BC calcium is a tricky one. So I buy Mg+Calcium like 2wice a year for bones and teeth and switch with other forms. The quality and package is Ok
