Great product for 9yo who doesnt like pills. Helps with calcium and magnesium for growing, athletic child, Also has Vit D which requires magnesium to be used by the body. Great strong orangey tang flavour, child loves it despite slightly chalky. I find it very pleasant. It does contain fructose but best of a bad bunch of chemical flavours and sweetners that are available without preservatives like sulfites or too many other additives. will buy again. Child has stopped complaining of stitches when running races and cramps. Child attends basket ball and gymnastics and athletics and receiving place ribbons for most events.

The strawberry flavor is delicious. It shakes up & pours nicely, no clumps, minimal chalky taste. Calcium relaxes the muscles & I sleep better on the nights that I remember to take this product. Would recommend.

I have osteoporosis but, other wise healthy at 72..still working full time. I tried other calcium pills and a liquid. This by far is the BEST! Solgar has more of what I need in calcium and does not make me nauseous like the pills did. Also it gets into your system faster as some pills never dissolve fully when you put them in water let alone your tummy. Love the strawberry the best....no chalky taste. Try it, I think you will like it....blueberry not bad tasting either...strawberry the fav!!
I tried this when iHerb was out of the LifeTime Vitamins brand of strawberry calcium that I usually get. This one is thinner so the dose is two tablespoons instead of one as with LifeTime. The thinness of texture also makes it less palatable. I don’t look forward to taking it as an end of the night treat the way I do with the other brand. It’s tolerable but I was disappointed.

Took for 2 days after receiving {with food as suggested}. Experienced digestive problems with gas and loose stools. Skipped taking for 2 days and my system returned to normal. Disappointed as I figured that taking this in liquid form would help the absorption factor. I didn't mind the flavor or the consistency of the product. H. Boyle
