I have used many dietary or food supplements before but nothing really lived up to my satisfaction. It seems that I have just wasted my money and time from taking those products. I like the unique peach and berry flavor. It is refreshing while it dissolves especially when not feeling well with a sore throat/cold. You can also chew it if not into sucking lozenges. The zinc dose is great for healing.

large bottle. goes a very long way. be careful not to overdose on zinc which competes with copper profile. this is a good zinc profile. very effective when a virus and immunity attack is coming on. 23mg is a big dose so we usually cut in half and start with that per hour. usually in 1 hour the virus is subdued. good flavour. best kept under tongue as it will burn the tongue if kept on top of tongue. for children we cut the tablet into 4 and start with 1 quarter. it is very effective for colds and immunity. it is also very good for skin issues. highly recommended excellent product for the price point and it works very well.

I'd given up hope of ever discovering a zinc lozenge that didn't taste like chalk. This one, however, does not!! The flavour is excellent. It chews well, and the peach-raspberry flavour is light and refreshing. PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BOTTLE CAREFULLY. You shouldn't eat one of them if you're hungry. On the bottle, I believe it says so. I tried that once by accident and was sick for the rest of the day. After that, take a bite and swallow your lozenge. Also, wait 30 minutes after taking zinc before eating or drinking citrous. I'm not sure whether it says so on the bottle, but it's very usual with zinc lozenges.
I have to admit I did not expect it to taste this good. It does have 2 grams of sugar (fructose) It is a large thin wafer (like a sweetart) that is not hard; it crumbles easily on a little pressure with the teeth. It says not to use for more than 3 days and not to take on empty stomach or with citrus juice (but does not say why so I am left with so many questions.) There are 120 in the bottle and its a good price; it will last a long time.
These lozenges have saved my skin! If you suffer from those terrible underground pimples I’ve referred to as “tumors” around your chin then you need to take this supplement. I took one pill after dinner and after a few weeks my skin cleared up. Do not take on an empty stomach, it will make you feel sick.
This is my second purchase. I love source natural products and find it very useful to have zinc lozenges on hand at home. The lozenge it is quite large. I try and have the melt in my mouth as long as possible and sometimes chew the remainder. I take these when I’m feeling a little under the weather or have a irritated scratchy throat.
Trying to up my zinc, like everyone else. Zinc lozenges are getting scarce. My usual brand wasn’t available and this one sounded good, so gave it a try.It’s tasty at first, but once the coating wears off it’s not so great. Finishable, but you know you’ve hit the mineral middle. If they could make the flavor last throughout, it would be a keeper.
