Pros: Solid build and extremely good instructions. Difficult to find a small rack with this much depth so I’m pleased to have found a good one at a reasonable price.Cons: 4 of the nuts are difficult to reach, making tightening difficult. Also slightly odd that a suitable tool wasn’t provided for these as a tool was provided for everything else.

Excellent build quality, super sturdy and easy to assemble. Casters feel solid, and adjustability is fantastic. Only gripe is lack of locks on the wheels.

I purchased this rack because I needed a cheap way to house a 30" deep server. The rack is awesome. Very sturdy, after weight was applied, the casters function very well. All the hardware I needed including the cage nuts and bolts were included even the tools to install it. length adjustment was simple and to the point. I did not use a square it bolted up just fine, nothing crooked. The bad. The instructions are terrible. Several times I had to remove and reinstall to get it right. I finally ditched the instructions and just looked at the picture on the box. If it were not for the quality of the rack at a VERY fair price I would have knocked off two stars just because of the instructions. It exceeded my expectations, extremely happy with it. I had concerns about its sturdiness, once assembled it was very clear I would not have any issues. The thought of an adjustable rack just didn't strick me as being rigid, but startech.com aced it. I will be buying more as the need arises.

From the moment I opened the small brown box that held the four wheels, there were already 2-3 ball bearings just floating around loose in the box. Now that I have loaded equipment, I keep finding more ball bearings on the floor. It still seems to roll reasonably well (for now), but I will probably reach out to the manufacturer to find a solution. great value for the money. it’s thick solid steel, the accessories are nice, overall a well built product.
