Stila Heaven's Dew All Over Glimmer Copper Lake

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review, and I honestly don’t really enjoy this product! This color is just completely sheer, and as a highlight I feel like there are better options out there, especially for the steep price point of $30. I can see someone using this as a body glitter, as it is really shimmery, or even layering this on top of another eyeshadow color would bring the sparkle out and be very pretty. But if you wanted a simple inner corner highlighter, or just a nice highlighter in general, I feel like there are wayyy more better options (both price wise and pigmentation wise). Dew All Over is the perfect description for this. The silver gives off a beautiful dewy glow that looks very natural like you have a natural dewy highlight to your skin. It’s not too glittery where it looks like a disco ball of glitter on my face. It has the perfect amount of shimmer because it uses micro glitter it looks like. This can be a very long lasting product because at first, I wasn’t sure if I was picking any up on my brush because I didn’t see anything on the brush as I was picking it up but then when I put it on my face to see, it was the perfect amount! Also, it’s a very natural looking silver and doesn’t look like a dry white color on my face which I feel like a lot of other highlighters on the market do. This may actually be my new go to highlighter !

This product is beautiful. I’m a huge glitter fan . It gives such a beautiful glow to the skin and can be built up or sheered out . This will stay on all day but when it’s time to wash off it comes off easily unlike some glitters . The glitters in this are soft and fine , not thick or scratchy. I use this day and night for a pop of sheer sparkle on my cheeks and outer eye, as well as a nose highlight and brow . This product is stunning .

A beautiful subtle sparkle

I love this! It says to use your finger and apply where you want to glow. I put some on the high part of my cheekbone, a little on my nose and eyelids and a little on my cupids bow and it added just enough sparkle and shine. It's not like the old glitter that flakes all over, it stays put. I like that it's versatile too, you can add a little for everyday or add more for a more dramatic effect. Beautiful shimmer

I received this product free in exchange for my honest review.Stila Heaven's Dew All Over glimmer is truly beautiful. It's silver at first glance, but in the light you can see the light reflecting in almost a bit of a holo appearance with tiny specks of color. When using the glimmer, it very much has a dewy effect where it gives your skin a nice sheen. The effect can be subtle, or built up stronger. I used this as a highlighter, eyeshadow, and brow highlight. It is a great, versatile product.

Bouncy and lightweight

Received this to try and I like it! It's lightweight and the glitter/shimmer is very fine and doesn't bother my sensitive contact wearing eyes. The texture is like a Maybelline bouncy blush and if you press hard enough, it'll leave an indent in the shadow. I use this as a topper or standalone eyeshadow. Adds the perfect amount of glitter. Would be interested in trying different shades. Travel friendly bc it's like a cream and won't break in your bag. Highly recommend!

Can't understand why people like this product

It feels like this is 100% pure glitter in a tin. I had high expectations for this product because of the brand. It’s not easy to find a white/silver/colorless highlighter, so when I saw this product, I immediately wanted to try it, albeit the hefty price tag. Well, I just bought a $30 plastic tin of glitter. It almost feels like it’s being held together by a high melting temperature oil because it is nearly impossible to get any product onto a brush or even a finger. Using a brush, you will flick more glitter (literal glitter) into the air and on your hands than you will pick up in the brush. Using a finger, it will take a lot of “warming up” to get any workable amount of product for application. Don't know how I feel.

I was under the impression this was more on the highlighter side. I've never heard of this product until I knew I was receiving it. First impression, it's just glittery powder. I personally wouldn't use this as a highlighter. But I would use this as an inner corner highlight, or even a wash over the eyelid with some eyeliner would be really pretty! The glitter itself is very pretty, but I just don't see myself using it that much. But if you're into that kind of look or glitter, then you'll love this!

Happy to see Ulta carries it now. I just love this shadow. It looks like a miniature version of Stila Heaven's Hue Highlighter both in the pan and the packaging. So cute. The packaging is beautiful & substantial and the compact has a nice mirror. The product itself has the same consistency as the highlighter; it's a putty. It applies elegantly and never patches or bunches on the eyes. I wore it yesterday with Stila Puppy in my Crease (an old Favorite neutral transmission matte shade) and nothing else on my eye lids and I loved the look. After nine hours I had absolutely zero fallout (unlike Stila liquid eyeshadows, which are a fall-out mess for me). I do lock my face down with setting spray or fix plus, which I'm sure helps. The shade is cool-toned, almost white, but there's such little base Pigment that the very fine Glitter is able to sparkle and shine without ever looking stark white on my light-med olive complexion. When used as a topper or with mattes only in the Crease, or alone all over the lid, it always pairs nicely and looks amazing.This pan will last a long time. I think given how well it performs and the beautiful effect it gives to the eyes, it definitely is worth the buy.

SPARKLES!!

Ok so i have the lake havasu shimmer and it looks nothing like the photo. Its more of a peach color in person. BUT! Don't be fooled by ifs color! When applying it comes out with pink and gold sparkles. I have gotten tonssss and i mean TONS of compliments on it. Dont bother using a brush, grab that finger and get in there. It takes one swipe of the finger and it picks up so much product. Its honeslty so worth it. I do however recommend looking at it in store first becuase the photos on the website are def off.
