My order for two body washes arrived with only one of the washes and a bottle of oil balancing shampoo which I explained was no good to me. I was firstly offered a part refund on one of the products. My reply was that I’d like a label to return the product that I can’t use and the rest of my order sent out. I received a refund in full for the wash that I didn’t receive but I wouldn’t have ordered just one bottle and paid postage, I ordered two so that postage was worthwhile to me. I still only have one bottle of wash and a shampoo that’s of no use. At the end of the day, their warehouse made a mistake, how that’s possible on an order of two of the same product beats me. I have been using this product for more then 3 years now, I really enjoy the results it leaves my hair, as well as its reasonable price which is greatly accessible to many. I love the environmental-friendly and chemical-free part of it. The only issue I face with this product is I'm not able to see how much left of the product i have since it has such a dark tint on its bottles, this results in me having to quickly get alternatives from my local drug stores. Since delivery takes almost 1 week for me to receive to WA.
