The Windows laptop that impressed me so much that I've left the Apple Macbook Pro camp and gone with Copilot+ on ARM. The new architecture is doing the same for Windows as it did for MacOS - very reasonable overall power and speed combined with low power draw. This thing stays cool and I'm frankly unsure as to whether it even has a fan - I've never heard it. Windows 11 with Copilot is a blast - and extremely useful in my particular workflow and usecase. A+++ effort Microsoft - well done.

Toss up between this and apple laptop. Very similar. However you have to chose your format. This was a uni purchase. Great speed and graphics. Only one complaint is that you should be able to use a pen on the screen. Yes I know it's a laptop but a way you could turn it into a tablet would be good.

This product sadly isnāt as fast as claimed compared to a rival MacBook Air. Developed a problem after a few days of using it as it started auto typing repeat keys in the search bar and also refused to shut down. Tried to reset windows but it just went into an unending boot loop. Had to return it.

Really nice laptop especially the copilot feature. This feature gives so much research and information in an instant which I found valuable for project development. In terms of improving laptops I hope they come out with ready built in anti virus software instead of having to purchase like they do for the Mac book pro, just a suggestion. My main purpose is to use it for work, study and business.
Version of windows 11 installed is incompatible with my canon printer drivers such that it is impossible to pair. I was unaware of this incomprehensible problem that I have spent days trying to resolve. Keep clear as I assume the same issue may affect other devices. Bought following Which review
Iām in the process of taking it back this weekend. Had it less than a month and itās been jittery and getting hot, I see lots of other people have had this experience too. It finally stopped working last night. Completely dead and no way of reviving it. My recommendation is to go for a Mac if you want and arm based computer. The PC world just canāt seem to get it likeā¦.its too fragmented
The Laptop 13.8 is amazing. Been using it for a week now with zero issues. The laptop is very lightweight and very quiet. Booted up the laptop at 9:30 and used it till now (6:50) with a battery of 56 per cent. Watching videos did not cause the laptop to get hot or have the fans turn on. However, the price is kinda of high.

When it became obvious that my old Surface Pro 4 battery had reached terminal age, and Windows had moved to a more secure version, the need for an updated device became obvious and the brand new Surface Laptop line was the first place to look. I had always been a bit dissatisfied with the Surface Pro because it tries to be both a tablet and a laptop and compromises both, so returning to a full laptop for work while traveling seemed a natural choice despite the somewhat greater weight. This machine helps the weight problem by providing two USB-C ports, which eliminate the need for a powered hub for downloading image files and simultaneously backing them up on an external device, or eliminates the need for the dedicated charger when a powered hub is used since the connected USB-C port can then provide the power needed to maintain the battery charge. My only issue here is with the operating system - getting used to the new Windows will take some time, but functionally everything seems very familiar and the image downloads and simultaneous backups are much faster than the old system or any non-Windows tablet I have tried. I like the keyboard feel and the touch screen as a backup, but I still use the portable (folding) mouse from my old system because I can work much faster using a mouse. I chose the 'Dune' color because I wanted to have my machine instantly recognizable in a group environment; this color is a bit brighter than I expected, certainly not traditional, but it does serve the recognition purpose and an added benefit is that it stays cooler than black in strong sunlight.
