The product could have been better if the operating manual is clearly written. Its difficult to rewind recorded video. Swann needs to take this review seriously to improve the software. It's clunky and its old software.

Pretty good picture. Easy to set up and can view from your phone (but will need internet at your home and plug the recorder into your modem). Can also view past recordings from the phone too. Clarity on zoom isn't too flash (number plates have to be really close) but can make out faces well enough. Good for a home system anyway.

Great unit and cameras but I can't get the PC software to connect to the cameras so took 1 star off
1 month after setting it up, lost video, it was a power pack, I then waited 3 weeks for the power pack to arrive (not Swann's fault.)
System is great now that we've finally got them installed!The packaging came with a Cat5 ethernet cable but actually required a Cat6 to work, other than that they've been a great addition to our home
A really good home security system providing clear 1080p vision and automatic recording from every camera. Easy to set up, the hardest bit was getting the cables down the inside of a wall. I can access the system from my laptop via the HomeSafe View app, and also from more than one mobile device. Had it for several months now, highly ecommended.
This product gives you a total piece of mind. You can access your home view via a mobile phone or if you are at home a hdmi port on your television.

These cameras are worth buying Once you've adjusted camera's setting from standard which can be a little tricky Only thing they're needing is an alarm sound as a deterant to go with the flashing lights
