I'm happy that this is soft gel because it makes swallowing easier. 1 soft gel 3 times a day is a bit too frequent for me. I like the fact that it has primrose oil, Vit E and Vit C.

Seems to work well.I had made an appointment to see a specialist about my ankle. In the mean time I started taking Joint Care. The problem virtually went away by the time of my appointment. I sheepishly told my Doctor that maybe that stuff its voodoo but it really seems to make a difference, expecting him to mock the idea. Instead, referring not to this product in particular but to the ingredients contained in it, he told me, 'That stuff is not voodoo, he was aware of many good results from using Glucosamine & Chondroitin.I have never stopped taking it since. I assume it is doing good to my other joints as well.
I have used these to help maintain my knees. Used with a tea made with turmeric 720mg, a small pinch of black pepper, 200mg ginger, 200mg cinnamon. in 1 cup of water. both of my knees were swollen and painful so walking was difficult. the turmeric tea deserves the credit for reducing the swelling, within the first week, I could walk normally. it is now about 6 weeks into the treatment and I can ride 10 miles and mow my small yard with a walking mower. I am a 79 year old and enjoying life.
I keep taking this and re-ordering it but really I am not convinced it really works as much as I like. But it does contain a good amount of ingredients one wants to use for stiff joints etc. SO value wise it meets those criteria and I keep buying it. I do only take 1 a day upon going to bed. It states you can take more serving size wise but I tend to take things on the conservative side.
I’m 64 years old and suffered with stiff painful joints for years due to the amount of walking, carrying heavy computer and printer equipment, in my job as a traveling auditor, back in the days before lightweight laptops, tablets, and wireless servers. This product really works for me by reducing chronic stiffness and pain! I can’t be without it! Thank you, Swanson, for all of your incredible products, especially this! Very easy to swallow too!
I buy this for my wife, she says it helps relieve her carpal tunnel. She has been taking this for about 5 years now. I have an ankle that bothers me from time to time and I take it also.
Have been having painful knee problems for years, just turned 70. Tried this and did not notice any improvement for 2 or 3 weeks, was about to give up on it, but at about 4 weeks, i noticed a marked improvement! Getting better and better... Started giving it to my wife who is also noticing less pain now in her knees. Also seems to be helping with my shoulder bursitis... Great stuff!!
3rd month of trying Joint Care, but no results yet. Pain is still present. Anyway ill try for another 2 months and we ll see. However delivery was very fast and order was correct.
