I saw that the dosage was well over the RDA, but the NIH says that up to 1000mg is safe. What I did NOT know is that excess Vitamin E is not eliminated from your body- it's stored for weeks.One week after I started taking this, I developed dizziness, muscle weakness, stomach cramps, diarrhea, nausea and headache.It was horrible- felt like I was dying. I stopped taking it, and it is getting better, but my doctor says that it literally could take months for the E excess to clear my system.This is the last time I take a supplement that is this far over the RDA.Fair warning to anyone else- Find a product that does not go quite so overboard on the E dosage. Your body will store the excess, and you will not enjoy the outcome.

E, i gives my energy whenever I use it, so I can only use it only during the day, the brand and composition is very okay,, I bought it to cleanse my body system, I believe it will also help my bladder health. The packaging came really great, no congestion whatsoever. The soft gel is very easy to swallow, I’ll definitely buy again. I recommend.
