I read that these two vitamins complement each other and are better absorbed. They have anti-carcinogenic and anti-aging properties. I immediately ordered one for myself. I liked the results. My heart felt calmer, more evenly working. And my facial skin has improved. Healthier looking.

The only tocopherol that is active in our body is d-alpha tocopherol. Many supplements are d,l or mixed tocopherols.Selenium works with vitamin e and this contains lecithin which itself is healthy and aids absorption of the vitamin e for individuals who have problems with absorption. Take other fatty supplements with this, like vitamine k2 and fish oil. It is a large pill. only complaint is one broke leaving all my capsules oily.
I love this selenium. Now since I've gone vegan, I wanted to make sure I was getting all the right nutrients. I am using selenium along with Bio E. I had no idea the two would make me feel so much better right away! The difference was like night and day. I really am so glad I found this selenium. I'm relieved that this exists!
