I have used mixed Tocopherols for many years as part of a programme to maintain my general heart health. These capsules are small and easier to take than some of the other brands available on the market. Price is on par with the competitor lines. Would recommend this brand.

I needed something with lower dosage which I can take on an daily basis. I don't see much difference in quality compared to other vitamin E with 200 iu. Small size easy to swallow. Broad spectrum with various type of E ingredients. Value buy and affordable. Helps lose belly fat with lecithin

I take this with my CoQ10 if it doesn't have it included. I like the lower dose because if I take a good daily vitamin green food, I will be getting more Vitamin E there.CoQ10 requires E to be more absorbable. Vitamin E serves many other functions. Notice the high quantity in this bottle for not much money. And better quality!
