I am not a real herbal tea fan, I prefer blends that can have milk added. Sleep Tight surprised me. I got hooked and had to order another box. This has quite a strong but delicate flavour, one of the few sleep teas I have found with no chicory! Thank goodness.

I initially bought the tea bags of this tea in a store in our local shopping mall. I have problems sleeping. I find it difficult to fall to sleep and when I do it is a frequently interrupted sleep, very restless and I wake exhausted each day.I found this helped enormously I still can't fall to sleep easily and will read until 3-4am each night, however I have a mug of this about 9pm and often make a fresh cup whilst reading around 1am and when I do fall to sleep I sleep better and several times slept for about 4 hours quite soundly before waking which is brilliant for me. Sometimes I am even able to go back to sleep after waking too for an hour or so.Thank you for this.
My fav evening tea. Although lately it seems to have loads of smaller bits that float through strainers. I never used to have alot of floaters.
The new recipe is completely different. My relationship with T2 has come to an end. How very sad. I do not like the new flavour, as I’m not a lemon tea drinker. You might as well call is lemon tight
I bought the Sleep tight tea on the advice of a friend. It definitely helps me feel relaxed. My sleep has improved and I'm not a good sleeper usually.
It is so hard to find night time herbal teas without liquorice. I HATE liquorice, there's nothing relaxing or comforting about that taste in tea. I've noticed that you've got a few teas with it but I'm so glad this one is free and clear of it and it is delicious.
Great tea to end the night. No caffeine to keep you up. Better choice than popular supermarket brands. I use the loose tea. I teaspoon and I re-use it a couple of times. I cant say it makes you sleepy but a great option to relax for a bedtime tea.
I buy this without fail. The lemon balm has an effect within 15 minutes of relaxing ready for sleep. It works wonders when I am stressed and have that restless leg thing you get if your stressed. After I have my sleep tight tea, I am able to lay still and fall asleep without hassles. The taste is not perfect and takes a bit of getting used to. But better hot than cold! The warm tea helps to induce sleep too. Love it!
