T2 Sleep Tight Loose Leaf Tea 120g Foil

I am not a real herbal tea fan, I prefer blends that can have milk added. Sleep Tight surprised me. I got hooked and had to order another box. This has quite a strong but delicate flavour, one of the few sleep teas I have found with no chicory! Thank goodness.

My husband snores and I find a don’t sleep well with a freight train laying besides me. So I thought I would try the sleep time tea, to see if that would help! So first night we both had a cup a hour before bed, and my husband just purred all night and I slept like a baby. So we have been having the sleep time tea for the last 3 weeks and it works every night. I even took it on holiday with us. Absolutely love it. I have recommended to all my friends that have freight train husbands.

I initially bought the tea bags of this tea in a store in our local shopping mall. I have problems sleeping. I find it difficult to fall to sleep and when I do it is a frequently interrupted sleep, very restless and I wake exhausted each day.I found this helped enormously I still can't fall to sleep easily and will read until 3-4am each night, however I have a mug of this about 9pm and often make a fresh cup whilst reading around 1am and when I do fall to sleep I sleep better and several times slept for about 4 hours quite soundly before waking which is brilliant for me. Sometimes I am even able to go back to sleep after waking too for an hour or so.Thank you for this.
