First, let’s start with the gorgeous packaging. The tube with the purple and gold lid and the letter really makes this a beautiful container. I love the large doe foot applicator. This applies for a tiny amount of product to as much as needed for highlighting the face if needed. I like that I can put a tiny dot under the eyes and use a bigger amount on my freckles or zits. This product is less drying than the original formula. I highly recommend to use a hydrating moisturizer and eye cream under the eyes. DO NOT BUY

I love the consistency and coverage of this concealer, but do not buy it. As other reviews have said, this concealer gave me terrible, itchy, red, flaky skin around my eyes, neck, and mouth. Very painful on my eyes and made them twitch all day!! I love this concealer so it makes me really sad that it's absolutely terrible for my sensititve skin. I got a mini version and got the same thing. After it ran out, my skin went back to normal. I got a full size for christmas and it just came back.

Deserves Award for Worst Packaging Ever

Every time I start running low on this, I cross my fingers and hope to god that Tarte has finally fixed the packaging before I need to repurchase. And every time, I am severely disappointed to see that nothing has been done about this leaky tube which pushes product out and gets EVERYWHERE no matter what I do. How is this still an issue after so many years? It's such a waste of product and the bane of my existence every morning while I get ready.Unfortunately I do continue to repurchase this product, faulty packaging and all, because apparently I'm a masochist.

Functional Find: TARTE Shape Tape Impressions

TARTE Shape Tape Ultra Creamy Concealer gets a solid 4 stars. Suria Sabah branch's sales assistance guided me perfectly, helping me find the ideal shade. While it's a standard concealer without any standout features, the extended oxidation time is a definite positive. It's a reliable choice, especially for my dry, dehydrated, super-sensitive, eczema-prone skin.

I already bought this product again.

I went with the travel size of this product - I got the 29N light-medium. I bought it because I already use Tarte luminizers and I love them.Well, I loved this product so much that a week later, I went and bought the full size (I will save the travel size for when I have to do makeup on the go.)I have used practically every concealer known to mankind and this is the only one that really delivers. I have mature skin that is very dry and this product is really creamy and keeps my undereye area hydrated all day long! It spreads beautifully and I mix it with my luminizer to brighten my eye area.So far, I have been very pleased with every Tarte product I have bought and they are the only ones that I buy repeats of because they are staples in my makeup routine!

And that was the start of a traumatic three months...My eyes became puffy and deformed and reddened... And each time I didn't even think it was the concealer because to me, the concealer was the one product that I have been using for so long that there wasn't any way that it was the problem... Even throughout the months, I would stop eyeliner, curling my lashes, mascara, shadow, brows, etc. but I would put on the concealer thinking that at least my darkened eye lid concealers would be concealed... And it would get worse and it would flair up at different times and they would get different shapes, and swollen and red...I went to speak to nurses, doctors, and they would tell me to try hot compresses to help (which I did) and a prescription but it would get better but never go away...I had been going to work for over 8 years with makeup on and even though I was told to give them a break, I would just put a "little" concealer to cover up (with the medicine on the eyes) to help conceal...I would stop using makeup entirely, they would then get better, but as soon as I would try makeup again, they would flair up. First I thought it was my mascara (I threw it out and purchased a new one), then I thought it was my eyelash curler, and then finally, thank God, one night (after wearing the concealer in the day), my eyes flared up and my mom noticed that the redness was also on my forehead a bit on my cheeks (exactly where I apply the concealer) and then it hit me...I went and did research and I was like, this is a different one! With a totally new formula with different ingredients that I am probably allergic to one of them...I finally went on a two week long absolutely no makeup regime (the first time in over eight years!) and I am reintroducing back a different concealer pretty soon. I never thought that I would go sans makeup to work, but this experience had at least that positive effect! The silver lining :)I would absolutely NOT recommend this concealer to any person...

OMG HOLY GRAIL!

I have really dry undereyes and every concealer becomes cakey and separates but this and the nyx serum concealer are the only ones that ever work on me. I also have super dark undereyes and this covered them up so well. Im insanely impressed. This is my go to for everyday use especially when i need medium to full coverage! I use Light neutral 16N and although im 22 i think this would work so well on mature skin because of how hydrating and creamy it is!

Scented!

I used the original as my holy grail for a long time. I was so excited to see that they had these other formulations because the original is too dry for me. The consistency of this and the colors looked great. I didn't notice until I got it home and tried to use it how crazy scented it is. I cannot understand why in the world face products have tons of perfume in it. This is especially true for something that goes right near your eyes. My eyes were watering and bothering me, which I'm assuming is from the perfume. Had to go back.Hope they reformulate without scent

You Won't Regret

I LOVE THIS CONCEALER! I consider it as flexible. You can create a very natural look from it or you can also slowly build it up to make it full coverage. I never set my face with powder or setting spray but the concealer is GOOD. It doesn't smudge or move at all. Oh and the shade match my skin tone really well.Aside from that, I'm not a big fan of the packaging - it leaks! I don't know how and why. I really hope it can be improve cause I really like the concealer and I usually have a very hard time to pick the right concealer for my skin type.
