I did quite a bit of research on steamers having not owned one before & it was for my daughters bridesmaid dresses initially. I was a little confused with such different opinions on these products so I hope I can help anybody in my position. I am really impressed with this steamer. It does the job well . I practiced on a silk blouse and then carried on with shirts polo tops etc . It is true you can’t get the sharp iron finish that an iron gives but it is definitely handy to just hang a blouse / shirt on a hanger and you can definitely get an ironed look . I have now passed it onto my daughters who use it for giving a rub over tops /skirts etc for going out or to work . The water tank is big enough to do a few items but easy to fill up so not a hassle. Bought it as a present and my girlfriend love it.easy to use. Water tank is a bit small and a bit harder to pull out from steamer. Full water tank last approximately 10-15 min depends on what settings used.. board for hanging on doors is a bit small but she mainly use it for daughter clothes which is big enough but for adults clothes not so good. Other than that is good👍🏻

Had to do a bit of research and go through many reviews , Finally I decided to buy this Tefal hand steamer and I’m not disappointed.We used it for all our delicate embroidery clothes for a family wedding and it was so convenient and easy to use. Love it at high pressure.It is abit annoying filling up every time but it’s not that bad. It’s slightly heavier than I thought but it did the job . Steamed my husbands linen shirt and was impressed.As for the price I got it in the sales which also ticked another box.Definitely pleased with my item
It is a very handy size if your having to iron on the go.Heats up quickly, bonus!As expected with having to go over an area/areas several times. The water tank, will run out quickly.It can be somewhat heavy with the tank full. Especially if you have issues with you hands/grip/strength.
Bought to steam my daughter's wedding and bridesmaid dresses. It worked really well, once I got the hang of steaming! Took a bit of practice. Used on both delicate and heavier fabrics. Did a good job on all. Found the hanger device not very useful. Just used a coathanger. It's not that light for carrying around. Would have been helpful to have a protective bag which I think is included in some of the other models.

The main issue is the flimsy hanging frame against which we are supposed to steam your items. Unless I am doing it wrong, the frame slid around a lot, lessening the purchase and proximity of the steamer nozzle to the material surface.Then, the size of the frame is just too small. You have to shift your garments around incessantly to get full coverage and steam treatment. I do not know what type of garment was in Tefal's mind when sizing the frame...hankerchiefs?Finally, my fall-back excuse for buying it was to use it when travelling. In a nutshell, its ok for getting creases out of curtains, but imho its more of a "stylish" gimmick when it comes to ironing clothes.The supplied "board" isn't of much use for anything bigger than a large handkerchief.You can get a great quality steam iron for less than the price of this steamer, which would imho be a faster and, dare i say, safer option, as well as producing much better results than this steamer (this is very awkward to use with the board hooked onto a door or cabinet). Also, The water tank is rather small and the casing is black, so you cannot see when its empty.Unless you just want something "stylish and expensive" to show off to your friends, i wouldn't bother, although i doubt they would be too impressed anyway.
The black and rose gold design on this is gorgeous and the fact that it’s so compact and small is great as it barely takes up any space which is great for storage. I absolutely love this as someone who is a big procrastinator and is always rushing around as it’s an amazing time saver! When i need to get rid of wrinkles or creases in my clothes quickly this is so handy. Usually I leave it until the last minute to decide on an outfit and sometimes what I want to wear hasn’t been ironed yet so I just get this out and in sometimes as little as five minutes my outfit is wrinkle-free and ready to wear!

The second time it clicked continuously, produced no steam, and the unit got dangerously hot.As it was under guarantee, I took it back to JL to be sent away to Tefal. Nearly five weeks later, with no further word from either party, a boxed machine arrived by post. I am unsure if this is the original machine or a brand new replacement as there was no note to advise. I duly set the machine up. At first after the designated heat up time, the machine did nothing but click continuously again. Just as I began to fear the worst it suddenly began gushing out steam. Sadly, even though it ...
