Fragrance:I love this fragrance. A blast of sweet citrus followed by a bold pepper and gorgeous red geranium note. Mingles very nicely with the sweeter vetiver in the base, and the olibanum and patchouli create a smoky undertone.It arrived beautifully packaged, complete with a lovely box and a thoughtful greeting card. You can tell the seller is passionate about their work and truly cares for their customers.

I bought this and the original to give them a try. I read a lot of hype about the original. Nope. Not for me. They both remind me of old people perfumes, which I've read other people say in various reviews. Now I can't get that out of my head. It's not BAD, but it's not a scent that I want to smell all day or compliments me. I wanted to like it, but it's just kinda "eh." My girlfriend loves vetiver which is why I wanted to try this as well as the original. Her reaction was just that it was OK as well. I got Dior Homme at the same time and that was the clear winner in this house. We loved that one. Do not blind buy these Hermes scents. They're very love/hate with people it seems.

This is more my speed as far as vetiver and the TdH dna goes. It’s a sweeter more rounded profile. Bright citrus that’s great for the summer. Even though it’s an edp I think it behaves more like an edt but the performance it’s still pretty good. I’d definitely check this out. If you are a fan of the dirty earthier vetiver in the edt this will not be your jam. Overall a great release and a good flanker.

I bought this one very near the beginning of my still young (for an old codger of 64) fragrance adventure, just over a year ago. To provide context, I was first bewitched by Comme des Garcons Rouge, with its vegetal-juicy/earthy beet scent blending magically with frankincense, myrrh, earthy geranium and a hint of tingly mint. So for a person who enjoys that kind of paradox in a scent, Terre d'Hermes is a marvel, a revelation. In my newbieness I found the "straight" Terre d"Hermes to be intimidating, too much. BTW, I'm not a total newbie anymore and I'm really eager to try the more intense incarnations of TdH. Despite the "intense" in Eau Intense Vetiver, it's not really intense.

Masculine and elegant

Terre D'Hermes Eau Intense Vertier has to be my favorite Hermes mens fragerence. I am a fan of the Terre D'Hermes collection, however this one is a personal favortie. It has a strong, masculine arom that is earthy, leathy, citruisty and spicy. - And obviously projecting a prominent vertier note. I would definatly reccomend this fragerence as it long lasting, fresh, projects well and has a unique aroma that is perfect for a luxurious signature scent.

PERFECT SPICE!

I was in-store sampling different versions of the Hermes brand cologne and this One definitely caught my attention. Shopping for a friend but this One is going to be for me! I love wearing mens cologne because it smells better on me. The finish to this is a nice amount of spice with a nice sex appeal. This is definitely a headturner and unique in it’s own right. I can’t wait to add this to my collection as I know its going to wear well and attract alot of attention. My favorite out of the Terre D’Hermes fragrance line!

Phenomenal Vetiver scent

Terre D'Hermes Eau Intense Vetiver smells very green, woody and dry. The vetiver stands out here, it gives it a very grassy, green but dry feel. The performance is great, I get 10 hours and its projecting well the entire time, I don't dare do more than 2 sprays and maybe 3 if its super cold out. Its perfect as a signature scent and it leans more to the mature crowd or someone with a very serious personality. Luckily for me this fragrance doesn't give olfactory fatigue so I get whiffs of it the whole time I am wearing it. This is also very natural smelling with high quality ingredients.Compared it to the original, its pretty similar except you replace the earthy/dirty orange note with amped up grassy vetiver. I have most of the TDH line, and this one is right up there.

The perfect scent for Autumn

A deliciously warming iteration of the classic Hermès Terre. This iconic parfum is perfect for cooler Autumn months where a slightly stronger fragrance envelops and cocoons. The scent is slightly spicy and peppery and have had many comments when wearing this. As this is a parfum a little goes a long way and the scent wears will all day.

Vetiver

I had Vetiver by House of Guerlain bought for me when I was a young man by a perfume loving Grandmother. Very lucky I felt and thoroughly enjoyed that fragrance so much. Been around the block now and I have many favourites. This one here though is just majestic it's the best fragrance I've had for a good few years and I'll be purchasing another bottle when this one is near finished. Masculine grown up and a serious fragrance to be worn enjoyed and complimented on by many.
