I've had several pairs of your TERRA Fi 5 and one pair of STRTA, loved them all literally to pieces over many many miles, would recommend either model without any reservation The TERRA Fi LITE not so much. It seems that the padding on the straps both heel and toe doesn't cover enough and rubs, never had that happen before. Also the straps seem shorter and narrower. Understandably the foot pad and sole were thinner to make them lighter, I was OK with that. Bought the LITEs because you had them on sale, bad move. Will be ordering another pair of Fi5s or STRATA soon and will send LITEs back to you, don't want them on my blistered feet again.

I tend to wear my Tevas anytime I'm not wearing shoes and that pretty much says it all.A couple of things though.The soles and foot beds on the last two pairs have been softer and thinner than I like. They feel less sturdy to me and a bit to flexible. Take them out and try them on the rocks around streams or on a rocky shore and you'll see what I mean.This may be a silly thing that shows my age, (I've been wearing these since the time they were made in Israel), but the strap of the pair I just purchased that goes over the top of your arch closes on the outside of the sandal. Meaning you basically have to sit down to put them on instead of lifting your foot up and to the inside (like your were crossing your leg) to close that strap. I just don't get that.....

Were them nearly every day. Very comfortable. Only thing is getting a separation footbed to sole near front strap. Left sandal, anything we can do? Hopefully it doesn't get worse. Other than that I will wear them forever! Forth pair of Tevas! Still have them all!

Initial inspection revealed superb construction and after putting about 10 miles on them, both with and without socks, they are just as comfortable as they are well made. Not a blister or hot spot to be found. I really put them to the test this week when I tackled the pink granite of Enchanted Rock. They had great traction on the trail leading to the base and continued to perform on the damp rock face all the way to the summit. Not one slip was had. After the climb I decided to use them while scrambling the boulder field and caving even though I'd brought my approach shoes for those occasions. It was the first Teva to give me blisters, but I did break it in. Besides being a gravel collector, the soles split after 15 months and reduced hiking miles. Very happy the men's Lite has returned.
