The body shop body butters are well known as being super thick yet still smoothing moisturizing. This is the scent I remember using when I was younger but it definitely has a slight weird scent after it’s applied to the skin. It smells a little more tangy than I would want. I would definitely be open to trying some different body butters scents see how they perform.

I love the scent . of this body butter. smells of real delightful, scrumptious mango. easily absorbed by the skin. The texture is soft, creamy. packaging is just right. It is a tub. made with high-quality ingredients. moisturises my dry skin leaving it soft and smooth. Great for all seasons.

I’m a longstanding fan of all the Body Shop body butters and this is my favourite one of all. It smells of delicious fresh mango, leaving my skin with the aroma for a good 24 hours. It softens, moisturises and protects all over and is great for some extra TLC after sun exposure or exfoliation. The tub screws open and is easy to get your hand into for a generous application.

Best Body Butter I've ever used!

I went in Ulta for almond oil but came out with this because it was on sale. All I have to say is thank goodness for the universe leading me to this body butter. I have extremely dry skin to the point that it flakes...this stuff makes it so, so soft and smooth. I have never used anything this wonderful on my skin. It is pricey (even on sale) but I'm just going to have to keep purchasing it because it works wonders! I am so happy I found this stuff. I hope they never change the formula. It smells yummy too.

I'm In LOVE w TBS Butters

All of the body shop body butters are truly amazing. I just discovered them this past winter, as I decided to broaden my horizons from the normal Josie Maran body butters I usually use. I actually love these more. They are thick and your skin stays moisturized for over 24 hours. Every time I touch my skin it feels so smooth and soft! And the best part for me is that the scent lasts all day long and the scents are extraordinary! I use the coconut mango and strawberry. I switch them up and I always get compliments when I use them!

Love these body butters

I love these body butters, I've been buying the mango and coconut scents on and off for years. Perfect for dry/winter weather and locking in moisture after a shower. My only complaint is that the mango butter used to be formulated for very dry skin, and it was a thicker, heavier duty butter. I noticed that they've since changed the formula to dry skin now, and made the butter much lighter. I do miss the heavier version, because I have very dry skin and the old version of this worked better for me than the coconut very dry skin formulation. But this is newer formula is still nice and smells the same, and seems to work fairly well. Crisis averted.

Not a fan of the artificial, sweet smell

I'm going to assume all the 5 star ratings are from people who got to smell this in-store before buying, and they liked it! Unfortunately for me, it's quarantine time so i got this online. It kinda smells like mango to me but very..... fake. Two of my siblings smelled it and they agree. It doesn't smell horrible but I wouldn't want to smell this again. If I can't give it to a friend, I'm only going to use this on my feet. But the butter is so good. I had a sample of the Shea butter one. If I feel like exchanging, I'll get that one instead lol

Not impressed

First and foremost, why is there no protective seal on this? I had to return the first jar to Ulta because someone had clearly stuck their finger in it. There should be some kind of barrier and there isn't, so be careful when you buy it. The smell is superb. Very fresh, very light once on skin. Not super moisturizing. My skin is still feeling dry after application.
