Great way to get the whole family involved in taking care of their household. I love the standards that you set. I don’t agree with not sharing tasks.

The deck’s cards contain more for families with children but able to adjust to my 2 family (husband/wife). Waiting for book. Cards came first.
This was such a great way to open communications around this awkward space of feeling like you do more than the other and helped to open our eyes and appreciate things the other half does that you did not notice before.
These cards were extremely vague and the tasks on them were unnecessary. The concept is cool but execution was not great.
Good set of cards. comes in a convenient carry case. serves a great purpose
I bought this as a gift, and it turned out not to be as useful for the recipient as I'd hoped. Many of the cards weren't relevant to her and her partner, and the system of allotting a task to only one partner, never sharing, didn't really work for them. Useful for some folks, no doubt, but not ideal for everyone.
A really good conversation starter, it can really help you and your partner or housemate vizualize the work that you and the other person are doing. It stands best with the associated book because on its own it can be used as a "gotcha" "see how much more I do" and be a tool of resentment, when the true purpose is to figure out what division of labor works for you in your home, without baggage and strings, just two people deciding how to make it work with some cards to make it easier to picture it all.
This was very enjoyable to do with my husband. I read the book then purchased this. I found it to be very enlightening to see how many items each of us were holding. It was especially helpful for my husband to see how much I am holding, and how that adds up. The concept is so wonderful and simple, yet it takes a concept that a lot of people deal with and makes it available in a way that both partners can understand.
