The Ordinary 100% Organic Cold Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil (30ml)

Very impressed with TO's Rosehip Oil. I've used many in the past but none with this texture. When I apply this (3 drops on a night time) it sinks in within seconds as though it was never there! It doesn't even 'feel' like an oil when applying, almost like a water-in-oil. Hard to describe and something you can only appreciate once you've tried it for yourself. Having said that, I believe it depends on the batch you get as there are natural variations in aroma, color and texture with each one. Mine was 1B02 which is printed in blue ink near the bottom of the bottle, on the glass itself. Also unlike other Rosehip oils I've used in the past, this one doesn't smell of anything unless I really put my nose up close and even then it's very faint. My not-so-secret weapon against dry skin

I first discovered this oil about 4, possibly 5c years ago when my skin was going through a major upheaval - very dry, flaking skin, post inflammatory hyperpigmentation - and have had a bottle in the house ever since. this oil has been LIFE CHANGING FOR MY SKIN! my skin has changed drastically since been on a new medication and has called my skin to act horrible .. i saw this oil probably on an influencers tiktok or maybe IG and my first thoughts were , this isn't going to work for me just like all the other products i buy that don't work , but BOYYY WAS I WRONG! Years of Dedication to this product

I've been a rosehip oil devotee for at least 5 years now, and The Ordinary's is my favorite. It's the best price-per-ounce I've found for a truly high-quality oil. It has a distinctive scent (not what most would call "pleasant," but I don't find it off-putting), but it's much less "fishy" than any other fragrance-free rosehip seed oil I've ever seen.I have dry skin and use this oil over my moisturizer most nights year-round. I find it soothing, and my skin always looks healthier and feels softer when I use this.Because it's ao affordable, I use it LIBERALLY on my face, neck, chest, hands, and elbows. It's never let me down!When my skin is at its most sensitive, this is sometimes the ONLY thing I can put on my face without stinging. sadly didn't work for me

I bought this in the end August 2022, and started using it for about 2 weeks in September. I did a patch test, and had no immediate reaction. So started using it on the face. Squalane cleanser -> salicylic acid on spots -> niacinamide, and then this Rosehip oil and sealed it with the Natural moisturizer +HA. I used it every other night with a tiny 1/2 pea size amount (the other nights I would use the Copper Buffet), Everything else I've been using for a while now. So this was the only change to the routine.The 1st 1-4 days I think my skin looked and felt great...But I started breaking out. I thought maybe a purge. Maybe that time of the month, so hence I tried it for another 2 weeks, but continued to have cystic breakouts!
