This game is like the Escapists meet Autonauts with a base of survival sandbox. There are few things that I wish could be more refined, but for a nice game to lose yourself in for a few hours, it accomplishes that very quickly.

This is a good game, but it takes some time and patience to figure out how to utilize the tools and raw materials for survival. I had a lot of fun playing this game, but it is not for everyone.
Fun and interesting game for me. I am a person who is not into the fighting type of games, more of an explorer type. Hard to find a lot of these types of games
Picked this up after enjoying the Escapist series on PC and Switch. The Survalists places you instead of in prison, shipwrecked and alone on an island. You have to forage for food and supplies to build a shelter and potentially a thriving community (possibly better than the one you are currently in). All around a fun experience and runs well on the Switch.
Thought this would be a fun casual game. The video reviews seem to make the process of gathering and building less involved than it really is. Not as casual pick up and play as i was looking for.
I love old school graphics and this fits the bill. You must survive and gather you own food, make tools and weapons to protect yourself. So many this to do and 100 hours of game play if you choose. I got it for half price and can’t beat the value
It’s not as good as I thought it would be. I’m wondering if the YouTubers are paid for their reviews? The game would be SO much better if you could craft items without having to get the materials out of the chest. There is SO much inventory management that it becomes tedious very quick. I’m thinking it might play better on an iPad.
All weapons, and the things to make them, like sword and gold sword handles, cost FAR too much in terms of resources as opposed to their availability, it’s completely unbalanced, it takes over half a stack of metal just to make 1 sword handle, and then you have to make the actual sword. On another note, I personally used all the resources necessary to build a sword handle for a metal sword, only for the handle to despawn from the game the moment I attempted to craft the sword.
