Was excited when it arrived… plugged it in and attached the gun on it to only hear a buzzing sound. Very annoying!!! Called Therabody and was told I have a defective item. Having it returned and hope to get a none defective one in exchange

Bought this to make the experience of charging our Theragun Elite a little easier. We had never had any problems with the Theragun in about 18 months of ownership, and in fact were super impressed with how long it would hold a charge, but having a dock seemed like it would be really convenient and would allow us to leave it out on the counter while looking nice. We were surprised right away when a few times we pulled it out of the dock and noticed it at 0% - strange, but we'd wiggle it around a bit and the display would indicate it was charging again and we'd be able to use it after charging for a while. But within about a month we noticed that no matter what we did, the Theragun just flashed 0% and didn't work. I have been working from home and developed a knot on my left shoulder and it was causing me lots of pain. It’s been 3 weeks since having my Theragun and my knot is gone. Using the app has been great to learn about the best use of its feature. I’m extremely pleased and it’s been an excellent investment.

The good: includes an additional adapter. Charges device wirelessly. No messing with position for coil alignment.The "meh": Charges device to 100% slower than cable (this is to be expected with almost any wireless charger)The bad: Once the device has reached 100% charge, it shuts off and never turns back on until you remove and reseat the device. This means that if you let it sit for a few days, you could come back to a discharged device, even though it was on the charger the entire time. No other wireless or wired charger I own works this way.
I was sent a faulty/fire hazard product over a week ago. I contacted customer service right away by phone and got false promises to get get back with me about next steps. Finally, I emailed customer service with the problem and ever since, I'm getting one aggravation and mistake (on their part) right after another. These are totally incompetent employees. I am simply trying to return the stand! They have now even had the audacity, after all the aggravation, to try and charge me for return shipping!!!!! I still have possession of their fire hazard, faulty product and I am exhausted from dealing with these incompetents!!!I wish I had dealt with Amazon instead. These people have no concept of proper customer care.
The Theragun elite and wireless charger have brought on some wonderful changes with my mobility. I am a competitive athlete that had been having knee issues. It felt like I was 90 years old, I could not bend my knees to put my socks on. It took two days with the Theragun and I am showing huge progress.Thank you!
Unfortunately, I had to return it. I did some research before purchasing and was excited to use it since I work out frequently. I tested it out for 10-15 seconds and everything was fine, however upon waking up the next morning, I was more sore than before. I wanted to like this but I will stick to tried and true massages.
Really like this charger. Best benefit is it gives me the perfect place to store my Theragun. No searching for the carrying case and no need to pull out the Theragun's charging block. Fits in with the furniture, so almost goes unnoticed. The fit is a bit loose when you place massager on base, but does not affect operation. Always have a fully charged massager when needed.
The plug for the stand is in a bad position. For some of the heads you can just push the head in and it gets short enough to fit without touching. Other head will touch no matter what. Maybe a 90 degree charging cable would help but even then it might still touch. The plug should have been put on the bottom with cable shortage too. The quality and thoughtfulness of the Theragun design is great. But it feels like this stand was thrown together without the same consideration. It does work but it is annoying to have to take the tips off to charge.
Now this is totally worth it. It makes it so much easier to charge when the device starts getting low.I’m not sure if the Pro has a different model, but if I ever wanted to upgrade I’d hope it was universal. If it’s not, I hope Therabody works on that for future devices.
