I own the first gen theragun mini, and my dad has been using it until I finally got him his own (but the 2nd Gen) for Father’s Day.It’s been 3 weeks and the 2nd gen mini has stopped working in the middle of use, has a burning smell after use for short periods of time, the motor sounds like it’s about to die and it doesn’t hold charge for very long.I’m very disappointed in the 2nd Gen theragun mini product. I have chronic neck and shoulder pain. It's where I hold all my stress and usually the only thing that ever really gives me relief is a massage from my physical therapist. Spa massages just don't cut it. But then my husband and I received this small vibrating device as a gift and amazingly when I use it on the back of my neck and into the shoulder muscles it totally releases the tension as if I'd seen my physical therapist. Very cool. We love it.

I’ve been getting the results that I was hoping for. Like a lot of people I sit too much. Working at a desk for many years has done a number on my low back, hips and neck/shoulders. This has help loosen tightness in these area so much. I particularly like the “Bluetooth” connectivity with the app. Helps know where your target areas should be. Thinking about getting one for my sister since she grabs it the minute she visits.

I am a crossfitter so I’m constantly living with sore muscles. Therabody mini is perfect. It’s a brilliant size that is manageable, portable, and so convenient I amActually using it more than once a day. I even take it to work and use it at my desk.The speed and power of the machine is great, I really need massage and I’ve been using it on the slowest setting and it’s been more than enough for me. It’s also really good for pressure, I had another massage device from a competitor and it would cut out if I pushed too hard on it. This one does not.I have not used the app yet, but I will check it out.I’m very happy with my purchase and it will get a lot of use.
I would have bought one sooner, if I knew that they existed. Brilliant piece of innovation to enable self help, and the apps are well thought out for all sorts of problems and everyone's uses.Comes with 3 cones for different uses, which I find very adequate enough.I like the way that I can benefit immediately I have a leg or foot problem, and in the comfort of my own home.I shall be taking this with me on my holiday, where I will be walking quite a bit.
The mini is great. It really only has three speeds and not much that can be customized but I was looking for something simple, easy to use. I love that it came with three different heads to use. Definitely recommend this for extremely tough, large muscle knots or if you are looking for something more compact to take on the go for after a good work out. I was on the fence whether to get the full size or not, personally I am glad I went with the mini. Less bells and whistles, simple to use and charge. The price is fair for the size, speed selection, and interchangeable heads you get for the mini.
I’ve wanted a theragun mini for a couple of years now. This year, I decided to treat myself as an early Christmas present. Since this is a pricey item, I was hoping it was worth the hype. I’ve had my theragun mini 2nd generation for about two weeks and I’ve noticed a significant difference. I am constantly on my feet and moving around all day. This little device has improved the way I feel and helps me relax after a long stressful day. This is now a vital part of my night routine! The next morning, I don’t struggle to get out of bed being that my muscle soreness hasn’t carried over from the day before. Bottom line: I would recommend this to anyone because it works! As a professional wrestler, I experience acute and chronic body aches and pains. I have purchased other percussion massage tools, and all of them are sub-par. The mini was the perfect choice for me. As a result of the marketing i bought the teraface and then went to therabody and bought the mini and new batteries and a new charger and tons of other parts. I asked to have them honor the gift with purchase. they asked me to provide detailed information which i did and then said, hey after all this time, we are out and too bad, no. They should have said, the minute the attachment is back in stock, we will send one to you to recognize your support of our company. I have a Theragun Pro that is kept in the gym for pre and post exercise. My daughter in law would often borrow it for days at a time, so I bought her a mini. I then brought the pro up to my family room as I use it when sore. But then I didn’t use it around a workout. The solution was to buy a mini for the family room and leave the pro in the gym.Let’s face it, when sore it’s easier to stay put than go and get something for relief.In other words - When sore, it’s helpful to have a mini nearby.
