Over the years, I used several different cordless massagers to help recover from workouts/ muscle soreness. The Therabody Mini is the best so far. I really enjoy the 3 intensity levels as I use the lowest setting for calves and the higher settings on quads/glutes. It really seems to help with trigger points and recovery. As I’ve only been using it ~ 3 months, I don’t know how long the recharagable batteries will last. Finally I have not used the app that apparently goes with it, so no opinion on that either.

I’ve been a big fan of Product Red for a long time, so I picked up the Red mini. I love it! I have been letting my friends and teammates try it out and we’ve all noticed a difference almost immediately. The different tip options really make a difference. It’s easy to use, easy to swap tips, and convenient. The noise level is a little louder than I expected but it’s honestly so worth it either way.

I've been enjoying the theragun on my legs and hips but am having a difficult time reaching the problem areas of my back. I know the larger version would be better but it's too expensive.Otherwise, I haven't noticed any major improvements with my body not hurting lol. It feels good in the moment, but idk if it's worth the hundred dollars. I also dont like that it vibrates not only my whole body but what feels like my whole house. It wakes my roommates up at night.

Bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday and he absolutely loves it. He already has the pro, but he travels a good bit and it’s hard to take the pro w/ him all the time. Which he hates bc he uses that thing constantly.The mini is so quiet, he can use it while he’s on meetings and it goes with him everywhere. He still loves his pro… but this one is so light and quiet, he ends up uses it as his default now.
My wife got this for me for fathers day because I have the roller and elite gun and I use them daily. I have wanted this for travel for months and am so excited to have this. I have major shoulder issues due to computer work and rely on these products to help manage it. I also love to run and workout and these help keep my shoulder pain in check as well as warm up and recover from workouts/runs. This it a great tool for anyone that travels or can't take the larger products on vacation.
As someone who consistently experiences tension in the body related to PTSD, the mini is a God send.I carry it with me everywhere I go in my backpack. When I start feeling a lot of tension in my body, pull out the mini. I can use this almost anywhere and within a very short amount of time establish a sense of relief, calm and a sense of safety.The battery life is phenomenal - which probably explains why its heavier than I was expecting - but no mind - the weight allows for a decent application of pressure.Quality is very high. My kid got his hands on it and I was worried that wasn't going to go well but it held up just fine.Grateful for such a product to exist. Would highly recommend to anyone with PTSD looking for relief from tension in the body.

First step — email us a video to prove our broken device is actually broken and we’ll send you a new one. I don’t know why I’d want to return a device for an identical one if it wasn’t broken, but fine — I send the video. Days later, still no reply. So I call. They watch the video. Turns out I’m not lying. Next step, I’ve have to go find a Fedex and mail back the broken device before they’ll send me a new one. They pay for the (standard) shipping label; I pay for the FedEx box. I unfortunately bought a few different products that didn't even compare and actually broke after a few uses including my wallet. Little but mighty!!!I’m not a pro athlete but recently I’ve been going to the gym and have been consistent with attending my workout classes, along with walking at least 10k steps a day! So my legs and body have been on the move more than ever!I got the Theragun mini and it has helped greatly with any muscle tensions that I feel. It holds a long charge and the three settings are easy to switch between! It’s not too noisy either. Small and compact, easy to hold and travel with!
I’m going to be honest, I originally bought some off brand percussion massager from Big 5 because it was cheaper (because how different could the be right)? Boy was I wrong! I finally caved and bought the therabody mini because it was on sale and I have to say that it is EXPONENTIALLY better than the off brand one I bought. It’s easy to hold and I use it daily to target my legs and lower back. (I’m a barber so I stand all day at work). I also use it after my runs and workouts. I couldn’t be happier!
