Product is as expected, but I was intending to replace the attachment that the PRO comes with attached out of the box (because it broke). It turns out that the PRO comes with the “dampener” out of the box, not the “standard”. They look similar in the picture and I wrongly assumed that was the one because….well, it’s called “standard ball”. I called customer service hoping to buy the correct one at the discounted price I bought the other one by mistake at during prime day, but the rep said she needed to submit a request of some kind and would email me within a few days. That never happened. Anyway, product works fine, just make sure you don’t make the mistake I made.

I doubled the effectiveness of my Theragun massage tool, by purchasing the duo attachment and the extra balls & dampeners to allow me to use 2 attachments at the same time on the same Theragun. Everyday Yoga shipped all the attachments in the committed time, in excellent condition. I was very impressed with their products and customer service.

Therabody customer service not helpful when orders are incomplete. Repeat customer, yes, multiple times. However this time the order was wrong. Still waiting for Therabody Customer Service to address. Amazing, good products, terrible service.

And I can't return it because I can't find the receipt. It's hard to believe that I can't return merchandise to a company that has my name and address on file,but I have to provide that as well as the order number and date of purchase. Don't they have computers? Can't they look it up? Geeez...
We love our machine but when I ordered a replacement head for it it never showed up. I could never get the tracking to work either.
Needed a replacement for my original since dog chewed it and this was perfect.
Pricy replacement for the original standard ball attachment. Good quality, but very expensive for what you get.
I do not use the standard ball much I was using the Dampener until it seems to be wearing out. Need to order another Dampener I guess. Now using various other accessories that came with my Theragun Pro.
My Farragon mini burnt out after about four months of use. So I sent it in for a replacement. They sent me back a Thera gun mini without a ball or any attachment on it, it was useless. I had to go out to the website to order a $20 replacement part. Why they didn’t send the unit with an attachment is beyond me.
I purchased this roller along with other items well over 2 weeks ago and still have yet to have my order shipped. I’ve reached out to customer service numerous times and they have been nothing but a sheer let down and evade answering the problem and coming up with a resolution. I’m disgusted by the way this company operates, despite having purchased and loving many of their products. I likely won’t be returning for any future purchases
