I've used Thompsons Vitex for years! Tried a few different brands when I wasn't able to buy this and nothing and I mean nothing ever compared. Vitex keeps me happy and even tempered when I have my monthly periods.

That the age of 51 started suffering from constant hot flushes and increased heart rate. I bought this product started taking it 2 weeks ago and the hot flushes have gone and so have my other symptoms to do with menopause. Would highly recommend Health Post and is product.

That the age of 51 started suffering from constant hot flushes and increased heart rate. I bought this product started taking it 2 weeks ago and the hot flushes have gone and so have my other symptoms to do with menopause. Would highly recommend Health Post and is product.

I found this product here on natonic site with good price for many capsules and it was natural! I use it more one moth with Prima rose oil and it work even better. I control my prolactin and progesterone hormones and noticed changing. Prolactin is now lower .. progesterone started to grow up .I had premenopause period with hormones but after i use those product it changed like i was young gilr and started to have ovulation .I did have it already 10 years.Now first one after. all my hormons changed and I dont have premenopause period any more.Hope it wont change.u dont belive?! me too ! but my life changing and i willl order all products as many asi have money .I live russia! and i got it fast during month. i wish the price of deliver is less one :( but any way I ... MoreI found this product here on natonic site with good price for many capsules and it was natural! I'm finding them useful and my skin and moods have improved.
I’ve been taking Vitex for a few years by now. It helps regulating and stabilising my cycle and extend it. as I had some really short ones. It also helped easing my PMS syndrome and help with mood swings.
I started taking these in the hope that they would help with my hot flushes and night sweats and I can honestly say they have made a huge difference for me. Within two weeks of taking them I no longer had the hot flushes I was experiencing in the evening and I am no longer being woken up with night sweats.
I’ve been using this product for a few weeks now and I haven’t felt extreme nausea like I usually would on the first day of my period. Hasn’t helped to clear my skin or relieve cramps as much but will definitely keep using :)
My intense hot flushes have subsided so much that I rarely feel them now and we are in the middle of summer!! I will continue to take 1 tablet a day for sure :)
