Great for any female of any age. I had no side effects on the stomach, just more relaxed and even more regular cycle after 2 months use. I don't get a lot of pms but this definitely calmed the pre period acne and mood swings
Great product, great price
I have been prescribed the Hawthorn capsules as an adjunct to CoQ10 to strengthen my heart following a pulmonary embolism. This treatment has worked well and is keeping me away from chemical medicines or worse. I have certainly been feeling gradually stronger heartwise over time.
