I was having recurring UTIs and my doctor prescribed Estradilol cream and D-Mannose. I had gastro issues with D-Mannose so my chiropractor told me to take this with the cream. Five months later, no UTIs, thank goodness. The UTIs are dangerous. I had a recently who recently died of one because the antibiotics did not work.

I waited until I'd used this for a month to give a more accurate review, since I know the first couple of weeks of a probiotic can cause some GI upset until you get used to it. However, I didn't notice anything one way or the other with this. I don't think it made things worse, but it definitely didn't make them better. I have IBS and was hoping a probiotic in combination with my improved diet of carefully selected foods that do not trigger gut irritation for me would help. Unfortunately, I noticed no improvement. I'm not sure if this has any effect at all on me one way or the other, though....I will probably try something different next.
