I bought this kit at the same time as the Toolpro 180mm polisher. Easy to attach and detach from the polisher, and seem to work well. I need to play around with different speeds to get the best results.

Had a chance to cut and polish the bonnet and came out alright using merguiars compound and merguiars polish.For all the people saying these pads are horrible obviously don't know how to take care. You must have a break every now and then and use a little bit off water every now and then and works a charm.

I purchased this the instant I bought the large grinder/buffer tool. I wanted more pads than were supplied, and I found that if you have the buffer machine on the absolute minimum whilst applying wax, then the grey 'wave' pad works a treat! Once it was applied to my liking, i tied on the lambs-wool pad, by pulling the strings tight, then tying a bow after moving the ties to across the spindle, keeping the cords at the centre. Worked a treat and gave a great result on a rather ordinary paint surface on a very old car.

I only got to use the velcro buffers before the lockdown.It polished the gelcoat on the boat beautifully. The velcro never once giving way or causing a problem. I used Gumption as the coarse polish. Quite aggressive and the pad did not have a problem with it. I did not try the lambswool so cannot comment on it.
Grabbed these for the Tool Pro 180mm polisher from Supercheap and they do a great job for the price.
Had to buy separately as wasn’t part of the machine purchase. Good range of accessories.
I bought the polishing kit because the toolpro polisher I bought recently didn’t come with this kit. I used the foam pad to cut and polish my car it came up nice but the pad began to tear at the end so I think it will only do one car.
I used the pads with a Toolpro 180mm polisher and Maguires Ultimate Compound polish to finish the repair work and repainting the car's driver's door. Given that l was a first time user l found the pads and the Toolpro 180mm polisher easy to use.I found using the flatter of the foam pads with the Maguires Ultimate Compound polish actually hard to use and l burn the paint in two places (lack of skill and experience on my part). I re-sanded and re-painted the two 'burnt' patches and then I swapped over to the wave shaped pad and again used the Maguires Ultimate Compound polish. The cutting pad cuts well. However, it will last about 1/4 of a car until it heats up and disintegrates. I have destroyed 3 of these pads. When they break down, they end up flying off the machine (in my case a DA polisher). One previous reviewer described them as "grenades". This is true.Polishing pad is not very useful. Doesn't remove any finer defects nor did I notice an improvement using it.I have ended up purchasing pads online from a reputable Australian detailing store for a far better set of pads. Would not buy again.
Bought these to use with a simple toolpro polisher. Cutting and polishing pads worked well, no fraying after doing half a car. Cutting pad seems to be keeping compound to itself in crevices, not reaching the polished surface, but otherwise no issues.
