Transcend DrivePro 110 32GB

Box is not clean and item looks like old stock but it is working.Probably sent that way since I got a huge discount.

Easy to set up. Easy to use. Simple instructions. It does the basic functions at a reasonable price. To get more you can spend more.

The previous one, stolen, switched on when the car switched on, then switched off when the starter motor turned, then switched on again. It's current came from a capacitor. This one has a five-second reserve, so it doesn't switch off when the starter motor turns. It also has sound, which I suppose is useful for commentary during incidents. The image, both day and night, is very good.

Easy to install/set up. I have bought a number of these dash cams as presents over the last few years. Only issue was that the first one bought in 2013 for myself developed faults and had to be recently replaced. Not a bad life span though.

Pros: Easy to use and you can remove it from the windscreen when not in us. Quality of picture is much better than others I used.Cons: The wire is a bit intrusive.

[Rewarded Review] Good until I tried to format the Micro SD Card in the Unit

The headline says a lot.First this is my second unit. The first unit was lost in shipping but B&H was quick to process a replacement.But on March 10 I used the dashcam to reformat the card. And it corrupted the card. It went into an endless loop that I had to format the card. I tried to reformat the card. The dashcam would reboot and repeat that the card had to be reformatted.This is tiring and troublesome.Then I found out my stash of existing micro SD cards are considered TOO slow for this dashcam.Here is what the specs say:Media/Memory Card SlotSingle Slot: microSD/microSDHC/microSDXC [256 GB Maximum]My 32GB SDHC card would not work.
