Trilogy Sensitive Very Gentle Moisturising Cream 60ml

I will literally encourage anybody I discuss skincare with to use it. I was going through a sort of annoying breakout and I was feeling really depressed about it. I am not a moisturiser person, most clog my pores and break me out. But I decided to use this, and literally the next morning my face was calmer and most importantly, there were no new breakouts. Flash forward to a week later and I am sitting here with completely clear skin, no new breakouts. This is a first for me. I am so amazed by this product. My skin is glowy, and I only use it at night. Absolutely amazing.

I’ve loved and trusted this sensitive moisturizer for years, so it’s very disappointing to discover it seems to have been watered down and is no longer as creamy and effective as it used to be. People with sensitive skin have fewer options available that wont upset their skin, which makes these changes extra disappointing. Please don’t send me another email saying only the packaging has changed and not the formula, when this is clearly not the case with 3 of my favourite Trilogy products now.

Have used this product for years and it has always provided wonderful hydration, without irritating my sensitive skin. Unfortunately, along with the packaging change, appears to have also come a change in formula. I've now tried two pottles in the new packaging and they have both been a lot thinner and less hydrating. So disappointing when companies do this! Especially to a product in a "sensitive" range, which has always had such good reviews!
