Tula - Get Toned Pro-Glycolic 10% Resurfacing Toner - 90ml

I’ve used this product nightly for about two weeks now. I am not quite sure if I like it just yet or not. It is different from a typical toner, as it is thicker, almost gel-like in texture. But I do find that it absorbs into the cotton pad so I have to use more than usual. My face feels very clean after use, but I found after starting to integrate this into my skincare routine, I began to experience breakouts. I don’t know if my skin is purging but they were deep and painful pimples. I am hoping to continue use as I believe in the benefits of glycolic acid, but will likely discontinue if the breakouts continue. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

I got the opportunity through Influenster to try this product for free for my honest opinion. I used it day and night pretty much for a couple weeks before I made my decision. I did take a before and after facial picture. However, I haven’t noticed much difference in my skin. There is almost no smell, it never caused any pain or discomfort to my skin. It applied simply. I had to turn the bottle upside down to make it work so I’m not sure if I got a defective bottle or if that was intended but it was a little confusing at first. I just didn’t see or feel any difference in my skin during its use. It didn’t hurt me, but I don’t think I will continue using it after it is completed since I didn’t really see any benefit, either.

First off, I wash my face, and then apply a few drops to the back of my palm and blend it into my skin I get my face and neck afterwards I feel a tightening sensation which I really like and then I proceed with my daily make up routine. I don’t like how when I received it a straw pump was broken off into the bottle so I have to hold the bottle upside down to pump, but I’m not going to hold the company for fall. It could’ve happened in shipping, I’ve been seeing a lot of reviews about people breaking out using this product since I’ve used it I’ve had it had one pimple but then I woke up this morning and I got a huge pimple on the side of my nose but that could just have nothing to do with it cause it’s only one. I believe as long as you use this product correctly and also, if you’re experiencing problems with acne or pimples, you might wanna check your make up routine or your make up tools. I like how it has probiotic extracts and glycolic acid and it makes my skin look fresher and brighter. It has blueberry and snow mushroom to help provide antioxidant protection. My best advice for this everybody’s different and products are getting better every single day I do like this product I would recommend it, but just remember when you use it make sure you face is freshly cleansed.

Amazing!!! My Daily Staple!!

I love this toner. It is one of the best ones I have ever tried without a doubt.My skin. I have combination skin with an oily T-zone area. I also get heavy cystic acne in my beard and hair follicles.This toner makes my skin feel so clean and well-toned after a good face cleaning. It has definitely almost eliminated my breakout issues. If I do still get a breakout, this toner has the top skin layer peeling by the next day and growing in new skin!!!!I only have two issues with this toner. 1) Sometimes the pump comes defective. I've noticed when I get one with a pump issue, I usually have to hold it upside down to get the toner to flow. That or twist off the top (Yes, it does twist off!). 2) The size. Easing in some new acid.

I purchased this Tula Pro-Glycolic a few weeks ago to get the benefit of an AHA into my regular rotation, and since the 2nd ingredient is glycolic acid I felt this would be a great starter. I've been using retinA for the past 5 months for its anti-aging benefits and now that my skin is used to a full strength pharmaceutical retinoid I knew it was time to add an AHA specifically (glycolic) and I know Tula as a brand is pretty tolerable for sensitive skin, I really love this toner! I'm already noticing it working. It's not harsh and hasn't caused me to break out at all. I've used it like a serum and also like a regular toner, I feel like using it as a serum is my favorite way and it dries down perfectly too. To me it's not greasy, it's a lovely consistency. It's a nice combination with my other serum and my moisturizer before sunscreen in the morning. I'm really happy I decided to give this toner a try. There are cheaper alternatives but these ingredients are completely worth it. Especially since I'm super happy with the results so far, I'm actually surprised at how well it works, even using it once a day. I'm in my mid forties and have combination skin, if anyone is wondering, I also haven't had a bad peel from my retinA since I started using this, so yes I definitely recommend it. I'm so happy I found a product that works with what I'm using now, and I definitely will continue to purchase it after this bottle is finished.

I really like so far.

I have been using this for about a week 1/2 & I like it. It gives my skin almost a tighter feeling the first minute I blend it in my skin. I use it after I washed my face really good then I continue with my make up routine. I think it helps bring a brighter less dull look to my face. The price is absolutely reasonable compared to things I tried that done nothing. I’m going to continue to keep using this so far I like the product. Only thing I will say and why I only gave four stars is the tube it was detached from the pump when I received it, so I’m guessing it’s very sensitive and that it could detach very easily from the two so I have to hold it upside down when I pump it. Instantly smoother skin

I received this product free from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. After one use my skin was noticeably softer and smoother. After a week of daily use my skin was even and looked better than it has in months! It didn’t do anything to help the redness that I struggle with, but also didn’t exacerbate it. Unfortunately the pump in the bottle didn’t work, which made it less convenient to use. I use it in the morning before moisturizer and makeup and everything goes on smoothly. I would definitely recommend this product.

My Holy Grail of Toners

I love this product. It has been a staple in my morning/night routine during all seasons. I'm not picky, but I have tried skincare products across the board, from 50+ companies, and they just can't compete.I am Eastern-European and have an oily t-zone to the point where if I eat, I'm oily-skinned within about 15 minutes. As odd as it sounds, my oily skin doesn't cause breakouts but products usually do. I don't have sensitive skin, either. I'm not allergic to anything, even poison ivy/sumac, don't get rashes, etc. but a drop of foundation left on for 15 minutes causes acne (I've tried at least 20 companies' products to test this as well.)The gel-consistency of this product leaves my skin feeling tacky for about 10 minutes then sinks in, seamlessly. Glycolic Acid is one of those things you just have to know how to use with your skin. This is the least irritating exfoliating toner I've tried. Great for everyday use but be careful not to over strip your skin. I use this often daily and when followed up with good moisturizing and spf practices, this delivers results! I had better skin texture and a more even skin tone after the first use! I tend to use it at night because my skin is easily irritated. I have combination skin and I find this treats all areas of my face nicely. However, I don't use a cotton pad, I use only a single pump and apply it directly to my face. Once a week or so I use a more concentrated glycolic solution to wipe away all the build up.
