Turtle Wax Super Hard Shell Liquid Wax 473ml

I always use this wax to prep my classic car for special occasions as I know it will give you the perfect mirror shine and will make the pain job look absolutely stunning. It does require some extra buffing so be prepared to work out those muscles but it’s absolutely worth it as the final effects are literally blinding

Been using this forever.

Been using this for 45years, Works well and is affordable.I make spray wax with this, too. I bought a spray bottle, and put about 1" of the liquid wax in the bottle. Filled the bottle to about 3/4 full of hot water from the sink. Do not screw on the spray head, The liquid wax will clog the sprayer, you must mix the 2 parts well first. Cover the top of the bottle with something and shake. Maybe do this outside, it could spill a little. After you mix it well, screw on the spray head and use. You really do not need much liquid wax in the bottle. Experiment. Been doing this 10 years and water beads well and the spray lasts as long as the liquid wax.BTW, I use the liquid wax on all the top surfaces, and the homemade spray on the sides. It does work well.

TURTLE WAX® PERFORMANCE PLUS™ SUPER HARD SHELL® WAX LIQUID goes on very easy. It will last a very long time 6 months to a year; it will will resist dirt and contaminants. A clay bar once a year will remove grit residue. There are other products that go on and off easier but they do not last or resist the contaminants. If the haze is hard to take off, then spritz some distilled water and buff off; this greatly aids the removal of the haze; it takes it off the plastic too. Great for the daily driver vehicle, my automobile is 10 years old, 2006 silver Impala, no scratches, no swirls, not garaged at work, washed and waxed infrequently, silver seems to be the worst paint scheme out here. A show car wax will not do that, plus the price is very reasonable.

It has UV blockers that the paste version doesn’t!

Made A White 2006 CR-V Look New Again

Quality product that made the paintwork on a white 2006 Honda CR-V look like new again. It easily removed what I thought were ingrained stain marks that wouldn't disappear without a paint job. The paint looks immaculate and beads rain that just flows off the surface smoothly.

Pain free waxing

Highly recommended. I was worried that waxing my car would take a long time but that couldn't have been further from the truth. I applied this wax in the shade at around 25C. 5 small dobs easily covers 1/4 of the vehicle. Wax applies easily and once dry (leave for 5 or so minutes) wipes off super easily with a microfibre cloth. Using a budget random orbital/DA sander I was able to do the entire car within 20 minutes and ended up applying another coat. Once the wax dries, the car is silky and smooth to touch. Perfect end to my car detail. Highly recommended for a pain free waxing experience!

Pleasantly Surprised

I usually use the two brands that begin with an 'M', and keep a good coat of wax on my vehicles. However, I ran out and none were on sale, so I decided to save a few dollars and give TW Super Hard Shell a try.Pro's: Low cost, no powdery residue at all, went on well, provides a nice shine (gray color auto), water beads well. I was especially pleased with how well it worked on the black metal strips between the door windows. Previous products left unsightly residue, where TW was clean.Cons: It was a bit hard to remove in spots that required more rubbing to get it right. Sometimes difficult to see when applying. The hood streaked/smeared initially, but went away when complete. Applied a few coats to the hood.Overall very pleased with this product. Something's changed

I used to use this all the time. Was running out and bought a new bottle as my old one of 3 years was finally almost empty. Applied after a wash/dry as I usually do and was nearly impossible to wipe off, left smudges and smears, and then what did look decent disappeared within a few weeks. Old stuff wiped clean off and the shine/protection used to last for many months, used to be able to rinse the dirt right off it. For a vehicles paint that can be ruined easily, there's no second chances on a reliable product. Even if the protection didn't last a long time, it should never smear and get stuck on there. Would not use again.

Turtle make great car care products

Value for money good all round Polish. I use Turtle Hard Shell on the Ute & boat with good results. Easy on & off. Their are better polishes which of course cost more money. But this Polish is good for vehicles not in show room condition. I use Turtle seal n shine on the Pajero at it is top stuff. Have just applied the spray ceramic wax, first impressions are awesome. Will have to wait and see how long the shine lasts. Turtle make awesome car care products at a fair price. Good on you Turtle.
