THIS LUGGAGE WAS HORRIBLE IT WAS HEAVY AND CAME APART AFTER 1 USE.. MACY'S DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

We bought this set in August and had not used them until recently. Our first use and the handle on the smaller one will not go back down. We do not want to force it and break it but wondered if we could return it even at this late date.

Ordered in December- took on international trip in April where the wheels fell off the large suitcase. Tried to chat online with a Macy's rep and was told there was nothing they could do- I threw away the suitcase abroad and had to get a new one. Terrible product and terrible customer service.

bought this as a Christmas present. Finally got to use it for a trip this summer. With one trip the stitching has given out and the large bag can no longer be used. Contacted Macy's and they cant provide any help and don't have any warranty information that can be provided.
I love this bag. It holds everything I need it to hold without feeling intensely bulky. So far it does not seem to become a black hole, which is always a plus. If I had any real criticism, I would just say I don't love the strap. I also wish the strap had the ability to shorten to a shoulder bag for the versatility. Otherwise, I am very happy with this purchase.
Used it for my honeymoon after getting it as a gift for my shower and the handle bars already broke. Horrible quality, would not repurchase this brand again.
I bought the purple set, i used 5 times this year and still in very good condition.
Iām disappointed in the poor material quality used to build this luggage . The 4 wheels does not support the luggage. It keeps falling.
This carryon bag is smaller than expected. It's advertised as a 23 inch bag, but it's actually a 20 inch bag on top of 2 inch wheels. Definitely smaller than the 22 inch bag I was trying to replace.
great bag, very classic in looks but when you touch the leather it feels soft and expensive. it's the right size for me and it holds the vital necessities plus you can wear it as a crossbody or shoulder bag. Will be looking at more of this line of bag.
