We bought this set in August and had not used them until recently. Our first use and the handle on the smaller one will not go back down. We do not want to force it and break it but wondered if we could return it even at this late date.

bought this as a Christmas present. Finally got to use it for a trip this summer. With one trip the stitching has given out and the large bag can no longer be used. Contacted Macy's and they cant provide any help and don't have any warranty information that can be provided.
I love this bag. It holds everything I need it to hold without feeling intensely bulky. So far it does not seem to become a black hole, which is always a plus. If I had any real criticism, I would just say I don't love the strap. I also wish the strap had the ability to shorten to a shoulder bag for the versatility. Otherwise, I am very happy with this purchase.
Used it for my honeymoon after getting it as a gift for my shower and the handle bars already broke. Horrible quality, would not repurchase this brand again.
I bought the purple set, i used 5 times this year and still in very good condition.
I’m disappointed in the poor material quality used to build this luggage . The 4 wheels does not support the luggage. It keeps falling.
This carryon bag is smaller than expected. It's advertised as a 23 inch bag, but it's actually a 20 inch bag on top of 2 inch wheels. Definitely smaller than the 22 inch bag I was trying to replace.
