First time to buy from Travaloo. I already heard about Delsey from a colleague and decided to buy a large suitcase from said brand. Shopping in Travaloo was easy. Delivery was also quick. The 29" Helium DLX is a really large suitcase. Main compartment is spacious with a lining that can be removed and washed. It was also nice that it has a TSA-accepted lock. The double spinners wheels were easy to maneuver around and do not get stuck. Definitely recommended website and brand!

This is the most wonderful piece of luggage I have ever owned! It is lightweight yet strong enough to hold all of the necessary clothing needed for a trip. The extra pockets inside and out are a real plus and the zipper closings easily open or close the luggage. The spinner wheels and handle add to the ease of use, being able to turn it in any direction while pulling the luggage with the handle. Made with high quality materials and an attractive design, this is one piece of luggage well worth having. Now that I have this piece I will most definitely have to purchase the rest of the set. I would recommend this luggage to everyone, you will love it!

I bought this for my recent overseas travel across different countries. It performed perfectly in less than ideal circumstances. Baggage handlers do what they do, the roads and sidewalks with rocks and broken or nonexistent concrete didn't faze this luggage. Lightweight with expandable main compartment. Spinner wheels move smoothly and handles felt sturdy.

I was looking for a check-in luggage for a 2-week trip overseas. The Delsey Helium DLX fits my preferences perfectly. I like that it has multiple storage options such as the spacious main interior compartment with a zipped pocket and two exterior pockets. The addition of tie-down straps is really helpful in keeping items secure. The Delsey lock is easy to set-up and is very secure. Lastly, even though this one is quite tall at 28", it is still lightweight and easy to maneuver.
I love my new 28" luggage! When I browsed through Travaloo, it only had a mocha color variant. It looks so rich looking in actual. It's lightweight for a large suitcase plus it has a spacious interior with tie-down straps. I really appreciate the bi-fold organizer and the exterior pockets. I've had other luggage from this company before but it was time to purchase a large suitcase for longer trips. Never damaged at all through my travels. I'm looking forward to my next trip! A few months ago we purchased 2 pieces of Delsey's Helium DLX for our family trip with kids. This is fantastic luggage. After using other luggage brands for years, the Delsey luggage is not only the best in terms of construction and durability, but it's eye-catching to boot. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. First of all, it is my first time to purchase a Delsey in Travaloo so I was initially hesitant. However, both the website and the brand satisfied my expectations. I decided to get a fabric suitcase because I wanted a lightweight luggage for my overseas trip. The main two reasons I love this suitcase are the space and wheels. It is so roomy with multiple pockets. The wheels are wonderfully. They effortlessly move around. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this case, and I'm thinking of getting another for backup just in case something happens to this one!
Wanted to love this and may try another one, but disappointed with quality. Tags still attached and trip isn't for awhile. Went to set lock and noticed fabric adjacent didn't seem right. Turns out lock wasn't sewn correctly and frayed fabric end easily came out. Will return. Otherwise I like the size and pockets. Can fit a lot, but not too big for smaller car trunks.
This is a really nice suitcase! It is a soft-shelled fabric suitcase made with polyester. At 28", it is extremely lightweight and a great alternative if you don't have items that need the protection of a harder-shelled suitcase. It also seems to be very well made and well-designed. Zippers glided easily and appeared to be good quality. The interior is very roomy and I like that the lining can be removed and washed. Wheeling it around, I found it to be extremely maneuverable.
Bought this for my family vacation. We travel a lot, so capacity and sturdiness are extremely important for us. So glad that I have found this one! The luggage, even when filled, is easy to maneuver and feels sturdy. It has a nice and attractive design and color that stands out among other luggage. We couldn't be happier. Will soon be buying the entire set. 5 star totally!
