This point to point wifi extension set up works extremely will when combined with the TP-Link TL-WR841N Wi-Fi Router, Wireless-N300. It offers a cost effective way to get WiFi in a location far away from my main wifi Router. I did not have enough technical knowledge to do the set up because the instructions were design for someone who knows more about this sort of thing than me. I could have done it myself if the instructions were created in a more DIY language. I manage to find someone online who help me add all the settings using TeamViewer. that part cost me $145.00. so as an alternative to requiring a complete second Internet connection of say $100 per month this set up pays for itself in a few months then it's free internet after that. The online guy who ... MoreThis point to point wifi extension set up works extremely will when combined with the TP-Link TL-WR841N Wi-Fi Router, Wireless-N300. All Ubiquiti products are amazing. I have had wireless issues with every other brand of wireless. This is the easiest to setup and simply just keeps working. Never an issue.

All Ubiquiti products are amazing. I have had wireless issues with every other brand of wireless. This is the easiest to setup and simply just keeps working. Never an issue.
Used this product to setup a bridge between two houses at line of site that are about 30m away.Setup was easy to find on the net and it worked perfectly. I dialled the Signal right down due to the closeness of the points and was getting really good signal and download speeds.Would recommend this to anyone setting up something similar. Videos online showed guys transmitting signals kilometres away with great success and it was really easy to find setup info from people who had setup nanostations previously
I brought this under advice from PCCG. I use it in Access point mode to send WIFI 50m from the house to the shed. It works well and now have stable internet in the shed. It was a bit difficult to setup but I managed after consulting a few youtube videos to walk me through it. Overall very happy with the purchase.
