I love this vacuum. The suction is strong, great for our home especially with pet hair. The long cord sold me!! It is incredibly convenient using one power point to clean the entire house and very easy to clean our cars without using extension cords.

Great vacuum, powerful suction . Love the fact that it comes with a long Extension cord . By far the best vacuum I have ever owned.
We have a lot of cat fluff, dirt, drops of food, tiny bits of metal from engineering workshop & general particles though out our home all over our carpet. It’s actually so disgusting. But this vacuum is so powerful it has such a firm grip on carpet no matter which head is on. It has a massive, long cord & I hardly ever have to empty it. Even sucks out the little files of jaggered metal that wants to stay hooked up in carpet. I purchased this machine three months ago just used for airbnb unit cleaning/ house cleaning/car cleaning once a week. Sometimes we got some leaves on the front door carpet or small piece of paper on the floor. It could pick it up. However recently when I turn it on 5 mins, it has something happened to the engine and lost suction in a sudden. I took it to Bunnings, the reception staff said I should not vacumm the leaves or small piece of paper. When I was doing commercial cleaning before, I used PACVAC vacumm, it was ok to do that. So I got told that because I was doing wrong with my cleaning process, my machine was not working.
