Excellent product. B&H was out of the ones with the surface I usually use, so I picked the thermal print surface type. It's also great to write on.
Excellent for archiving photo images and sending clients copies of the processed image files!
I burn these discs to make Blu-ray video. I have had no problem and have been pleased with the quality. The color print quality is very good. The price of these discs is also very favorable.
I've burned about 1,000 of these discs so far with no failures. They record reliably at 6x and none of my customers have reported any problems playing them on any computer drives or Blu-ray players. The print surface is glossy, very smooth and works well on Rimage Everest and Prism printers. The one drawback is that they have no stacking ring (as with most BDRs) and the discs can be hard to separate because of the very smooth glossy print surface. They adhere to each other like two panes of smooth glass because there is no air between them. For this reason, they do not work well with an autoloader. With that one caveat, I would highly recommend these discs.
Verbatim is my choice for BD, DVD and CD discs when working on projects. This Thermal Hub Printable discs work as well with Rimage Everest 600 as the Rimage Discs. With all discs it is advised that you shuffle them after you take them off the spindle as they can stick to each other and halt the printer flow.
There are a few versions of this product from Verbatim, and this is one of the good ones. I've burned countless amount of data on these, and they've never let me down. This is a great BD-R.
the value for those blu-ray discs is exceptional but I wanted the ink jet printable ones.The ones that I got where thermal printable.Verbatim is a great name on blank blu-rays but Walmart.com should of put a longer description on those
