Tried this product on a new Toshiba Satellite S70 with USB 2 and USB 3. Worked very well in both slots. My machine at first did not want to recognize the disk in USB 2 but later after using in USB 3 it worked smoothly. Extremely fast in USB 3.Used it to save Word documents, Photographs and Excel spread sheets. All loaded easily and were retrieved with ease. The drive was a little difficult to handle as it was a very tight fit in all slots and thus difficult to extract without applying wiggle side to side. Very difficult to remove if something was in a neighboring slot.

Very easy to use! Good amount of space. Only thing that I would change is that it is a little difficult to slide the USB in and out to when you are plugging into the computer, sometimes is slides back into the USB slot.
This flash drive works well. I was able to get all my files on this flash drive without any issues. Although windows 10 was not listed under the compatibility section of the website for this flash drive, this flash drive is actually compatible with windows 10. It is rather fast too.
We are a property management company and use these to store photos and videos of when the tenants move in and out. They keep us organized. We store them in the files of each tenant. They are small and convenient. Perfect to take to court for evidence. We also use them to back up files and leases. They are great quality and we don't have to worry about them not working. It also frees up the memory on the computers because we don't have to worry about storing this info on the computers. I would highly recommend them.
I was able to back up photos, documents, music, and videos on one flash drive. I lost all my information one time when my hard drive crashed and advise everyone to back up there computers. I also have an external hard drive for back up, but a couple of times I'll back up with a flash drive and put it in my safe.
I bought two of these drives in the hope that they would make Windows installations faster. I intended to create one each for Windows 7 & 8. But I tested their performance against another brand USB 2.0 drive and it was on average 55% faster. First I tested using a single 6.3 GB file. Then I used a mix of Microsoft Office files, .JPG, .MP4, .AVI, .MPG and .WAV files. I also found the design of the drive to be very clumsy. It is very difficult to insert into a USB slot. Overall I am disappointed in these drives but for the price I'll keep them.
Bought this today to use with my new MacBook Air and it is slower than belief - 17 hours to transfer 6GB of files to it. I have wasted £25 on this crap. It says USB 3, my machine has USB 4, so why is it so slow???
Bought this item 2 weeks ago. Performs OK but the mechanics of the hiding USB plug annoys me. You need 3 fingers to slide it into the USB slot on a PC. As soon as you use it in an awkward spot, such as the back of a TV, you need to be a gymnast with your hands to keep the plug from sliding back in. What's the use for a mechanism like that?I did put a blob of glue on it to avoid the headache, and it works OK.I have many Verbatim products which work well, but this is a failure in user "friendliness". As a memory it works well, but not better than many others on the market at the same, or lower, cost.
just bought one of these read speed is usable at 120mbs write is 25mbs im getting 1mb very bad product not of any use on modern computers unless writing txt files, anything over 10-30mb+ locks up the computer very very bad
