Vileda Rinse Clean Spin Mop & Bucket System
The Vileda RinseClean Spin Mop System is designed for efficient floor cleaning with its innovative two-compartment bucket that separates clean and dirty water. This system prevents cross-contamination during the mopping process, ensuring you always use clean water for optimal hygiene. The mop features a built-in spinning mechanism that allows for effortless wringing with minimal physical effort, making it suitable for users of all ages and physical abilities. Constructed with high-quality microfibre material, the mop head effectively traps dirt, dust, and debris while being gentle on various floor surfaces including hardwood, tile, laminate, and vinyl. The microfibre technology provides superior cleaning performance compared to traditional cotton mops, requiring less water and cleaning solution while achieving better results. The bucket system includes clearly marked compartments for clean water and dirty water disposal, with a capacity of approximately 12 liters total. The mop handle extends to approximately 120 cm for comfortable standing operation and collapses for compact storage. The entire system is designed for durability with sturdy plastic construction and reliable mechanical components. The microfibre mop head is machine washable up to 60°C for thorough cleaning and reuse, supporting sustainable cleaning practices. This cleaning system is particularly effective for large floor areas and regular maintenance cleaning in residential settings. The ergonomic design reduces strain on the back and shoulders during use, while the spinning mechanism ensures consistent moisture control for optimal floor drying times. The Vileda RinseClean system represents a practical solution for maintaining clean floors with improved efficiency and hygiene standards.

Best mop I have ever used!! I’m not sure what other people are talking about - I have a mid sized home and only need to fill it once - with water to spare. My daughters allergies mean I’m often mopping the floor and it’s easy to take it up and down our split level stairs. And the lever for letting the water out in a super handy because I can close it when walking with the bucket. And as long as I have my hands around the mop pole when spinning the excess water off instead of holding it tight, there’s no issues. The absolute only downfall is I wish it had wheels. That’s it!!

Do not recommend. Floors take ages to dry. Mop head is small and the mop head soaks up so much water. Cannot finish my single story house without having to refill the “clean” water more than once. Mop stick is horrible. If you push down the extendable pole the slightest it moves down instead of being locked in after twisting tight.

I immediately wanted this as an alternative to the two bucket approach I had been using, with the idea being that you aren't using dirty water to mop your floor each time you wring the mop. While this product does achieve this, but they could have given a lot more thought to the design. To fill with water you have to unplug a chamber at the top of the inner assembly. The instructions recommend you lift the inner assembly out and fill it, but there's no handle on the top of it, so anyone who is lacking in hand strength would struggle to use this. The filler opening is quite small ~ 4cm, and is on one side of the container. I'd suggest filling it from a garden hose and keeping the whole assembly together, as it's difficult to hold the container and get the opening ... MoreI immediately wanted this as an alternative to the two bucket approach I had been using, with the idea being that you aren't using dirty water to mop your floor each time you wring the mop. I prefer to use hot water so I'm going to persist with the laundry trough. Because you're not recycling any of the water that soaks into the mop head you'll be needing to fill the container two or three times to cover a small house, so it's not a trivial exercise to have to refill the container. The build quality of the telescopic handle and some other parts of the kit are not convincing given the price of the kit. I don't know what these little rubber strips do, but two of them fell off the second time I refilled the container.

What a great idea! Only mopping in clean water!! The mop handle is excellent as I can adjust for my height!! Also the mop head is perfect size for cleaning skirting boards and edges…. I prefer to add clean water, spin, mop, then come back rinse the mop head issuing remaining clean water, then adding in new clean water via the valve… took a couple of go’s to get on the groove but now it’s a breeze and I love the fact I’m mopping with clean water all the time, so much more hygienic, the fact that you can wash the mop head in the washing machine is an added bonus!! And saving the best for last, the groove in the handle of the bucket to store the mop without it falling over is pure genius!!!
Bought it out of Curiosity and LOVE it! It’s smart with the 2 water areas. Not crossing the dirty with the new as much as your standard bucket. I would say you would use “more” water then a “regular” mop and bucket. But. I’m heavily pregnant with 2 young ones, so it’s good on my back as it’s not heavy to lift when filled and the mop itself is quite lite so I don’t tire out like I used to with my old mop with a wooden handle and a bigger mop head. Overall! Worth it!
This I found time wasting, cumbersome as having to keep filling water reservoir which wasn't all that easy especially if you have no hand/arm strength to keep refilling. Concept was good but left alot to desire. You fill with water before you know it you have to keep refilling. Only good for a small home really. Not as good as the spin mop bucket I'm saying. Gone back to it and just empty water out as appropriate and more manageable with this old spin mop bucket.
Fresh water container is used up very quickly, requiring lots of water and floor cleaner.I got 1 lge enquire abs half a halfway washed before using up the fresh water. When finding the mop head, the telescopic handle continues to unwind. You need to keep the head fairly upright to ensure the plastic does not catch the floor.I am planning on returning to Bunnings.
Easily the WORST mop I've ever owned. The rubbish should be at the top of the "product recall" list. The shortest mop handle EVER...probably ok if you're no more then 4 feet tall. The spin system of the bucket is dodgy at best and has failed more than once. It spits water out everywhere and lastly....the mop head happily scratches away at your floorboards while it pretending to mop. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS RUBBISH!
I bought this about 2 months ago, and I HATE it, it is bulky & awkward, it tilts when you fill with water and has spilled all over the floor. The mop is way to small, I feel like I'm doing twice the work. There is never enough water in the water side bucket. & runs out quickly..I had a Vileda Ultramax for years and loved it, so disappointed they discontinued it.Would love a refund,Chris
Firstly I did not intend on spending $75 for a mop. It was on a shelf with a big sign and the price of another vileda mop, can't remember the exact price but it was around the $50 mark, there was no price on the shelf for this mop, so I found that a bit deceiving. The length of the mop itself is way too short and I am not a tall person. My back is killing me by the time I am done. You barely get anywhere before you have to refill the water as it doesn't hold much. I hate this mop with a passion and to make it worse I paid way more than I would have for it.
