Really like this iron supplement. Much better than tablets. I take in the morning in a glass of oat milk. Very pleasant. Fruity but mild. The powder seems sort of effervescent in a weird way, (it’s not when you add it to liquid) like it’s made of sparkly crystals, like that confectionary ‘Pop rocks’ that reacts in your mouth. Maybe it’s just that it seems so full of life and energy to me. I like the deep pink colour too. I feel good straight away after taking this. Highly recommend. Will be back for more in future.

I am constantly low in iron but struggle to take the iron tablets as they make me feel sick if I get the food in stomach ratio wrong. This powder is a nice alternative - like that it includes Vit C plus the extras like cranberry for antioxidant and urinary health. I throw a spoon into my smoothie. Not sure whether I am feeling any different but feel good know I am getting a daily hit of iron. Pop it into kids smoothies too and disguise with honey. The taste is not off putting but my kids are super detectives at sniffing out anything extra I am trying to slip into their food!
