I can't swallow huge pills, so liquid or powder magnesium was my only option. I purchased this due to reviews on the taste (as let's be honest, those in pharmacies are disgusting).I mixed a dose of this in with a shot glass of water to get a true understanding of the flavour. It mixed up into a milky white liquid, and I thought to myself "this is going to taste awful".... but I couldn't taste anything!!My advise would be to mix it with a little more liquid than the 30ml in a shot glass, as there was a chalky residue at the bottom (which also had barely any taste). Great source of energy when you exercise or need a snack. I sometimes have it in a shake instead of a meal if I'm not very hungry. Must say, for me, halving the recommended dose is enough.
